Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

All was as described. Room was clear, with 2 beds, as asked, blackout curtain totally block sun and that was amazing. reception team was friendly and supportive. I'm totally satisfied with a stay in that hotel

The gym was not well equipped. Would have been nice to have had a proper place to train while traveling.
Location was very good, walking distance to the University and right on the bus line into the centre. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was also sufficient.

I ordered the upgrade room with a king-size bed but it was much worse than a standard room. Our room was so tiny that I stepped on my language when I got up from the bed.
Breakfast was good, free parking near the hotel. The sound insulation was great, it's almost impossible to hear the neighbours.

No English news channel on TV. Only French, which we could use. Plenty of German channels, though (which we can”t understand, sorry).
Good hotel in a quiet neibourhood, with large enough rooms, new built (or overhauled), good bed and pillows, good connection to the center by bus. Perfect choice for a city visit if you need parking even if paid.

Location was a bit away from the center, but still easily accessible with public transport. Room was quite clean and spacious. The hotel staff were quite friendly and made me feel welcome. There was a decent, well-rounded breakfast spread.

The only thing I dislike is that although I sent and earlier message to the hotel asking for a parking place the first night we couldn't get one. We arrive around 10:00 pm and exhausted, around there was a street reparation or something like that so took us 40 minutes to get a place in the street not really close to the hotel.
Buffet breakfast was very good, with a lot of options and constant replenishment. Although the location is not close to the city center, was easy to get there by bus. The bus stop is just outside of the hotel and at reception you can get tickets for the bus.

Hotel location abit far in. Gotta walk for 10-15mins to reach the tram stop to take the tram to the central. 20mins taxi ride to the airport.
Exceptional service rendered by all the staff from both reception and restaurant.

The wifi had this ridiculous thing - limited number of connections per device per day. I had trouble connecting my laptop beacuse the page wasn't loaded, and then it said that I couldn't try to connect anymore this day. The speed was not great either.

WiFi was weak to non-existent in first floor. Pillows were not to my preference.
location is great if you travel by car - less than 10 mins to city center, cheap parking in garage or free in nearby streets. Quiet and safe area, groceries around. Hotel is rather small, cozy. Rooms have AC, big windows, bath, good water current, comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast (fresh juices, waffles, pies, tasty coffee from Franke Machine, fruits). We received an upgrade to better room with a minibar. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Babies can play with toys on ground floor, have plenty of eating chairs.

Holiday Inn branch has never dissapointed me, this hotel was no exception, the room was spaciuos, beds were confortable bedding soft, pillows big and soft. Breakfast tasty, staff friendly.

Nothing was disappointing, it exceeded my expectations.
Spontaneous upgrade to an extra-spacious room. Very well sound-proofed building, I'm a light sleeper but I did not hear any sounds at all. Good curtains, the room could be made really dark as well. Good breakfast, quiet area, very friendly staff.

Check-in was a breeze. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very decent. The hotel is a 15 minute walk away from Dresden University.

Room not very spacy. Difficult to place the cloths somewhere. Desk is good for some limited work on it. It has air conditioning. Not everybody can live well with it.
A nice room, very good bed. Breakfast is good and complete; not overwhelming.
