Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

For travelers with minimal luggage and for those looking for a budget-friendly option, this hotel is a great choice. The room was somewhat small in our opinion, something to keep in mind at the time of booking this hotel.
We had one-night stay at this hotel during our travels. It was exactly what we needed - a clean, comfortable place to rest up for the next leg of our journey. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices, which was a great way to start the day before long journey. The room had all the standard amenities you'd expect from this hotel chain, making our stay nice and easy. Overall, this hotel was a perfect choice for our stopover. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in transit.

Parking is limited and costs €12 per day. This seems expensive although in the town parking for any length of time is even more expensive. The Hotel is on a main road and it is very noisy if you like to sleep with an open window.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff in the dining room worked extremely hard to keep the buffet replenished and to clear the tables . The Hotel is close to the town centre which is a ten minute walk away.

Breakfast wasn’t enough good with this money. We would expect more variety. I am not sure about price and performance, it’s not cheap.
Location is good, very close to bus stop. Very clean and comfortable room.

When checking in we had a flower bouquet with us and I asked for a vase. The receptionists told us that they do not have any vase in the hotel. Then I asked if it would have been possible to get a big glass from the bar. The answer was no. Without any explanation. No solution has been created at all. I was speechless (it was my wedding bouquet, btw. We stopped for one night in Göttingen on our way home). A client oriented service would have been nice. Especially when you are paying 163 € for one night in Göttingen (we had 2 dogs with us and parked our car as well). PS: Of course I ended up using one of two cups from the room so that my flowers stay alive.
Nice hotel, very clean. Good breakfast. Checkout time is comfortable (12 pm). The location is great as well.

There were many hangers in the room for the clothes but unfortunately no shelves to lay them out (possible only in the toilet).
The room was spacious, walking distance from the train station and the city centre. Good variety of food for breakfast. Big plus the iron and the iron board that were already in the room.

Car parking is a disaster !!! Only 25 secure places on site! We had to park down the side which was like a dirt track!
Good choice of cereals and bread,fresh fruit ,meat ,cheeses,drinks, yoghurt. Everything was good. Staff were always watching to tidy up or replace food etc that was running out. Excellent!

The fee for parking is very steep with 14 €, therefore we parked at the parking lot 800m away from the hotel which was for free. 10 € would be ok but everything else ist just a bit excessive.
The breakfast was very good, except for the eggs which were way too hard boiled for my taste and already oxidised.

The address should be changed on Google, otherwise Maps will take you to another location.

The hotel is very new, or freshly renovated. The rooms are clean and look fresh. The breakfast was good, though the coffee was only so-so. I would always stay here again the next time I will be in Göttingen.

parking possibility is a bit limited. around 1 to 1.5 km to the city center, but Goettingen is not a big city anyway, so...
The Breakfast is quite standard, but won't cost extra, and the employees there were very friendly. The bed is huge and comfortable. According to the price, I would say it is a nice place to stay.

The check-in and check-out process was long. There was only one staff doing the formalities. I had to wait in a long queue We had to wait until 3 PM for check-in as the rooms weren't ready. But the people who came after us they allowed to check in immediately and we had to wait. Beds: Very small and congested bed for 2 people.
Location & Transportation: It is very close to the main station and there is a bus stop just 2 minutes walk from the hotel Cleanliness: It's impeccable! Rooms: Bright and sunny stylish rooms. We got a kettle in the room Staff : Polite and friendly staff
