There was no hot water, no heating, the staff was rude, the reception smelled like cigarettes, they told us we were going to pay a different price than what we paid at reception, on booking.com it was supposed to be 75 and we paid 89 for ambiguous reasons. It’s next to two sex shops which gives a certain vibe to the hotel… if it was much cheaper I would go along with it but considering all of the above I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The breakfast was included, that was nice. The beds comfy.

Turning up to be told there was no room available even though we had booking confirmed. Tried to send us to a different hotel, which was located way out of center. We said no, not willing to do that, then room became available.

Location to Christmas markets is good.

The hygiene and cleanliness of the room is very questionable. The floor wasn't cleaned/vacuumed properly and the bathroom carpet had stains. Furthermore, one time when I came back in the room from outside, I found trash bin on the desk.... :/

The staff were friendly and respectful. The breakfast was basic, but cannot complain about it since it was good! Furthermore, the heater was working perfectly and it made my room very cozy during my stay (when the weather was cold). Also, the location was perfect - it is close to many restaurants, bars and shops!

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. TV not working. Very noisy from inside the hotel (workers in the kitchen late at night) and other guests arriving back late

The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair from the previous guest in the shower drain. When reserving the room, I indicated that I wanted a room with two separate beds, but upon arrival the beds were together and covered with a common sheet. We had to move the beds and look for another sheet.

The hotel was in a good location, 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and the city center. The breakfast was tasty and the choices were sufficient, the food was replenished throughout the breakfast.

The room was quite small, with no space to open even a small lounge. No air conditioning. The prices were high because of Gamescom, and it definitely wasn't worth that much money.

The staff was very helpful. They accepted my early check-in and offered breakfast for free while I am waiting for the room. Room, sheets, and towels were all clean. Good location with only 10 mins walk to the center.

The Bedroom could of had better faacilities. kettle/ coffe maker and was in need of an upgrade.

The Italian restaurant across from the property was absolutely amazing and totaly 5 star. Would stay at this property again to eat at this restaurant.

I have never experienced this before at a hotel: On Sunday morning there was no breakfast (except coffee and yoghurt / muesli) due toe delivery issues.

The room was fine and the location was great. Wi-fi worked fine, but it's annoying you need to ' log in' every 24 hours.
