the rooms are dirty, everything was covered in mould. the furniture was old and broken here and there.. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, so I'm unsure if the newer part of the building might have better rooms. Staff was not rude, but also not very friendly..

The advertised 3rd bed in the “suite” was a very uncomfortable cot. No AC (as advertised) but it was 95 degrees and the hotel had zero fans.

Great outdoor restaurant with very friendly staff and good food. Nice little sand bar on the river. Excellent breakfast

Bed was uncomfortable and too soft which have a back ache. Two separate single duvets used on a double bed. No sofas in bedroom as advertised. No air conditioning. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms.

The room was not clean enough, the air conditioning was not cooling. On sunny summer day the room is warm. They could wash the shower curtain.

The thing I don’t understand is coffee machine with no cups available and no coffee . The worst thing was NO Air condition, you turn it and it seems to work but no cold air and we were in June with 30 degrees outside. It was difficult for a child to sleep. You pay 200euros for the room where you can hardly sleep

Room a little tired and unfortunately the double room was not available and I was provided with a single room. I was compensated with a drinks voucher. Signage to the hotel is poor and was quite hard to find from the main road.

It was a very warm room. We read some comments that in summer it may get very hot in rooms. But in winter it was perfectly warm. The beds were medium to hard very nice for a good sleep. The covers were a little bit short but it was not a problem for a warm room. Also there is a good restaurant Toscana located just two steps from a back door of the hotel.

It was very cold in the room without possibilities to warm it up. Noisy - woke up from loud sounds outside the room. Oldschool design with no proper shower cabin - just a curtain. Hence, the whole bathroom was flooded with water. The room was not cleaned by the staff, although the sign was placed on the door outside. Soap was brought later after check in. Uncomfortable to get to the hotel from the street - paving stones are not as good for coming inside with a suitcase.

Location was good - Close to the place of the conference we needed to attend. The view from the room was picturesque.

Instead of a double bed there was a bed for one person. With one pillow and one blanket. One edge of the mattress was pressed , that it was impossible to sleep. There was no soap in the shower room, there were only two disposable shampoos. There are huge old stains on the carpet.

No mini bar .no note pad . And the mirror is placed in front of the wash room door which may lead to improper situations.(I encountered one).

No mini bar fridge, no kettle water heater, no body wash shampoo, no soap shelve in the shower, no A/C. This is like a dormitory room or a room at a remote farm.

You couldn't keep the windows open or many big nasty spiders came quickly in the room, very dirty floors, curtains, staff just trys to put you into any room regardless that you paid and booked a delux room with kingsize bed, fire alarm went off and took them more than 2 hours to fix this. Coffee machine at Breakfast broke just as the Buffet was opened. Definitely will never go back there!
