I would recommend an extra set of pillows, the pillow was very soft and I would have preferred another set

I was surprised by the Lounge Cafe offer. Until 20:00., the hotel has coffee open for customers free of charge. Excellent breakfast, nothing was missing, the dining place is not big but it is chic and well organized

We stayed in the penthouse and it was amazing. A huge space with 2 separate bedrooms. Breakfast was fantastic and it was a nice touch you could get a tea or coffee at any time until 8pm. Hotel on a quiet street and only a 10minute walk from the centre. We got the tram very easily to and from the airport and it's only a 5 minute walk through the park to the nearest tram stop. Loved our stay

Nothing was bad!

We had the appartement all for ourselves. It was beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. We really enjoyed the bath and the view from the balcony! The breakfast was ok! Can be improved. The location was very good within 10min walking and you will be at the centrum

Nothing, although walking to the hotel from the train station took us through a bit of a dodgy path.

Beautiful, spacious family rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We came as two separate families and the staff went so far as to book us two huge rooms right next to each other. Loved the bathroom set-up! Rooms were kept immaculate. Very close to the inner city and Schnoor. The cost of our stay was really fair! Extremely happy with our stay.

The rooms are stylish and large. Two spacious rooms with one central bathroom were perfect for our family. Friendly and helpful staff were welcoming and provided us restaurant recommendations. Short walk through a park into town. We parked at the hotel for a reasonable fee.

bed was extremely uncomfortable. rock hard paid for a suite had 2 connecting rooms. really needed the suite because we wanted the sofa not the 2nd bed

Home. Friendship. Security. Art. Professionalism. You will feel all the words above in this place. You will be welcomed with Niels, and then the rest of the personnel will make you feel at home. Not enough? The artistic touches will enrich your horizon and give you fruitful feeling. Rested there feeing all these for 4 days and worked with my artist friends in their beautiful common areas decorated with deep artistic materials. It is a duration of your time that will take you back in this place. I'm positive they will enlarge other details such as gym, sauna etc. Thank you Niels and the rest of the personnel during my stay. Beware of the insufficient privacy the curtains/blinds in the toilet offer. The dryer was not working well - clothes left to dry in it still came out damp. There was a coffee machine, but no capsules were provided. When asked about the capsules, the male staff at the reception was curt and unhelpful. Note that the apartment is located in a rather dicey area and the private parking behind the premises had no security. Getting back to the hotel at night from the parking lot means that you'll have to walk around the block in the dark. It did not feel the safest.

It was huge with big sofas and a large dining table. The generosity with complimentary bottles of sparkling water was much appreciated. The Tunisian lady who received us when we checked-in was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room upstairs was cosy and fun for the kids.

One of our group needed second pillow due to health issues. We have found it in the closet, but is was without pillow cover. We have stayed for free nights and our room was tidied up each day, but the additional pillow (that was clearly used) did not get covered. The younger woman managing the dining area always looked like she was late for something, on her watching hot food was not refilled, she was picking up half full dishes from the tables where people were still eating.

Comfortable room, looking better than in photos. Complementary water in the room, free coffee and tea in the dining area all day long. Decent breakfast (especially good, when the elder woman is in charge - greetings!). Good location. Possibility of early check-in.

The area of the city is fairly low socio-economic, extremely noticeable at night. If you’re a solo female traveller I would reconsider (nothing agains the hotel, just reality of travel). Unfortunately my sleep was not great at the hotel each night, the pillows are crazy soft and the aircon was quite noisy. I still enjoyed my stay due to the awesome staff, walking distance during the day to cool spots and parking.

Staff were exceptional. Free coffee (and tea) in the morning. Buffet breakfast was good. Room is ‘roomy’ and well laid out. Good proximity (walking distance) to different parts of the city

Clean and comfortable. We were not expecting to be in what was a two bedroom apartment with a fully functional kitchen. This made our stay much more pleasurable as it was more of a working holiday and we could eat in and stay comfortably in the flat all day. Everything was provided even free coffee from the restaurant area.
