Excellent location with free on site parking. Room was very clean and owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and welll worth the money. Would highly recommend.

No air condition - room got very hot during the day. With open window, one could smell people smoking outside-very disappointing as room was non-smoking.

Location to the town centre, easily accessible. Secure parking, spacious room with good facilities (kettle, fridge etc) Well presented and varied breakfast

No lift and with a large heavy suitcase, made it difficult to carry up three flights of narrow stairs. Non smoking but the hotel stank of smoke throughout the public areas.

Easy to find, and quiet location. Parking available but did not drive this time. Receptionist Nicole was lovely and informative. Not sure if she spoke English as we conversed in German the entire stay. I DID need a snap test no more than 24 hrs old for covid, even though I had my PCR test ( negative ) and double vaccination certificate....but she let me check in. I ended up getting a test from the Apoteke, but not knowing exactly how to use it asked for Nicole for her help which she did. It was negative and she helped me fill out a certificate that enabled me to dine in the town restaurants ( given that it was 2G+ regulations). Anything requested was no trouble. Bed was super comfy ( had the Dachgeschloss - roof top room) and decent sized bathroom with good water pressure shower. Super clean. And a cute little fridge. Room was cosy. Small but perfectly ok for a night or two. Within walking distance of the Altstadt and sights.

Fabulous breakfast with variety of food and fantastic coffee served in a comfortable cosy dining area. Friendly staff and service offered whenever needed.

1. If your main entrance is unusable due to construction, why not put up a sign that says the new entrance is around the corner instead of having the customer look for it confusingly? 2. I hit my head pretty hard when going up the low-ceiling staircase and the receptionist simply responded with ‘op-lah’. Not ‘are you okay?’ or even ‘oh, please be careful of the low-ceiling’. A little warmth goes a long way for customers that just arrived. 3. Although the bed is big, it’s two small mattresses pushed together. Unfortunately, each mattress sunk deeply in its middle. My partner had a sore back the next morning because of this. 4. The bedding is cheap, generic polyester so uncomfortable to sleep in. Not breathable fabric at all. 5. Check-out time is 11 am, so why is the cleaning lady disturbing our rest by knocking on our door at 9:40 to clean the room? 6. If you are having major construction done on the property that will disrupt your customers’ morning rest, this should be notified very clearly. We were only emailed prior that breakfast would not be available due to construction. This alone, does not mean that the entire morning, deep drilling and hammering would be coming from the ground floor.

Location is very central, there’s free parking as well. Room was big and with plenty of cupboards for your personal belongings. Bed was also quite large. Clean & tidy. Easy check-in, easy exit.

Close to downtown Schwerin and the train station; a very nice 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. We did not opt for breakfast, so cannot comment. There is parking for your car if you are driving.

Good for overnight travelers but not ideal for longer term stay with family or friends. But we need hotels like this..affordable, no frills, serves the purpose.

Very good location. No bars or cafes nearby but the Old town is only 10 mins walk away. So is the main station.

Its very nice and cozy hotel, not large, close to the Pfaffenteich and other sightseeing spots in Schwerin. The staff is very friendly, and we had an unforgettable stay. Next time in Schwerin we will be back.
