To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Located very close to S-Bahn station, reaching any place in Berlin is convenient. Comfortable bed, c;lean facilities, friendly staff. A good Mexican kitchen is just around the corner. Good for short-term stay.

Germanywell located hotel 2 mins walk away from Anhalter Bf. Room was clean and well furnished albeit small. Contrary to the name of the Hotel, it is located one stop or a 10min walk away from Potsdamerplatz.

We could not be sure of getting onto our room each time and had to keep going back down to reception for replacement key cards. Please change your plastic cards to something that works
