Nothing wrong with the hotel, just the location being a little rough in certain areas, especially when you walk from the hotel to the underground, but once you’re past that area, the location is beautiful, clean and lots of things to do.

The hotel was very modern, clean and staff were really friendly. The breakfast buffet was nice with an option of ordering hot food. Very close to the underground, zoo and aquarium. We were also able to walk to a lot of places without the need of transport. We loved the coffee machine in the room, plus a lovely shower room.

The bathroom does not have heating, and it is not possible to lock the door. So, that part of the room is always cold. The daily cleaning is not so great, sometimes they do not vacuum the room, and the trash in the room and bathroom was not taken out until we complained. And then, they only take out the one in the room but not the one in the bathroom. There are stairs at the entrance that do not have a limited access option.

Breakfast is great, extended selection of food and a kitchen for warm and particular orders. The staff is nice and gentle, the location is great, close to the S-Bahn and the Zoo.

The room is somewhat small having just a little space to pass around the bed. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. Minibar was filled only in the beginning.

Modern, new, well equipped hotel situated just 5 min from S+U Berlin Zoo. Excellent breakfast. Nice to be inside both in the room and common areas.

The room is a little small. There is only a tiny foldable writing desk. If you need to sit down and use the computer for any meaningful length of time, it is cramped.

Sliding door of the bathroom right next to the bed (in my case very close to the head side) is not the best option to ensure privacy.

Location is great - 5 min walk to S and U bahn stations and a couple more minutes to The Berlin Zoological Garden (must visit in my opinion). Room was very clean, with good bathroom, comfortable bed and coffee machine. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price. Overall very good value for money.

The lights both in the bathroom and in front of the large mirror in the room were very yellow, which made it very difficult to put on makeup and not know if I looked like a ghoul or not. One white light in the bathroom would have been very useful....

All of the staff was friendly and super helpful with finding me a new room with heating that worked. The rooms were clean and quiet. The best part about this hotel though were the random body parts sitting on the window sills as decoration. Fantastically weird.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Ku'damm. We arrived after a flight delay of 7 hours on a rainy Christmas Eve, exhausted and jet lagged. It's a little quirky but clean and comfortable. The room is compact but has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable, the Biology toiletries were good quality and the rain shower was one of the best I've ever experienced. The included breakfast was delicious and varied. We were able to offer some items off the menu such as omelettes and pancakes. The location, whilst seeming a little far from central Berlin was actually perfect for us as the train from the airport connects directly to Berlin Zoological station. From there it is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk. There is a supermarket next to the station which is handy for buying snacks and drinks. The area around can be a little sketchy as there are quite a few homeless people around, but that is a social problem in every major city. We didn't feel unsafe walking around at night. Curry 36 is also close by if you want to try some curry wurst. Finally I want to give a shout out to the staff. Everyone we interacted with was lovely and welcoming. In particular Anna at reception, who has gone above and beyond to assist us with a personal matter, for which we are hugely grateful. Thankyou Hotel Indigo, we look forward to staying with you again sometime.

Cosy comfortable rooms with everything one will need, toiletries inclusive ( conditioner, shampoo) and coffee/ tea. Very comfortable beds. We were all in all very satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was also worth.
