We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsOur room was clean however the curtains were dirty and the balcony with horrible, dirty tiling. During our stay no one from the hotel was around. Only during the breakfast a very inexperienced and sleepy young man. During the check-out another young man that only asked for the payment, no social skills. Overall looks that nobody make any effort to maintain this hotel or the facilities.

GermanyThere were frequent issues with the WLAN and we didn't have internet for much of our stay. (I wasn't there for business reasons but would've liked to be able to check out some destinations for hikes etc. in the area.)
The hotel offered a nice and simple breakfast buffet / "German" selection: bread + rolls, cheese, sausage + meat cuts, jam, boiled or scrambled eggs, muesli, fresh fruit, yogurt and quark, some sweet buns or "breakfast cake", coffee + tea, milk, juice, water. Food was displayed neatly and cleanly. Room had a water kettle and there was a coffee maker in the hallway. Rooms were clean and staff members were friendly.
