We really like this hotel, its affordable and at the same time the place is nice to stay at! It’s so quiet and nice for a couple or family short vacation to stay at.

There was a bad smell in my room coming from the bathroom.

The hotel is very near to the highway. The diner and breakfast were excellent. The sauna and swimming pool are included for customers. The hotel is very quite and relaxing. I will surely come back again.

the rooms are not very cosy! The Turkish bath was not warm. you have to pay for bathrobe’s which are too small and not fluffy

The only thing was big noise from a group of young people (maybe drunken) in the middle of the night. The staff try to manage the situation.

Everything was good. Big room in perfect Bavarian style. Small pool, small gym, sauna, restaurant very nice and provided about great german food. Very good management, polite and friendly.

Lack of orientation on the client (while checking in was no explanation of anything, we had to ask question or find out everything ourselves), small shower (hard to turn inside of it), no shelf for cosmetics in the shower, doors of the shower are problematic to close; really narrow and thin blankets , considering absence of heating in April - created problems. Hotel offers you to visit their sauna and swimming pool but doesn’t offer you bathrobes or disposable house shoes…however you can “rent” a towel for the swimming pool for additional cost…considering pricing per night, I am not sure how fare it.

breakfast - was identical every day - only hot item was scrambled eggs -no hot meat item. Lots of cold items, breads room - beds 12 inches from floor, no usable or viewable window, cleaning staff removed personal items from bathroom and they were not retrievable (no real effort to replace), furniture was old, no elevator and room on 3rd floor (had difficulty with steps and asked for a room change - would not accommodate). Pictures on internet show this room, but mostly show nicer ones spa - no indication by receptionist that there was a spa. Discovered it when exploring the last day - appeared to be quite nice but no one was using it. No indication that any of these services were even available - pool, massage, sauna. restaurant - closed by the time we arrived the first nite - 8:45pm. All advertising indicated that a reservation would be necessary - not so, but never ate there Staff - appeared to speak very little English, Receptionist not friendly or helpful Wanted to leave after first night - would not cancel reservation without keeping the full 4 day amount

Only plus was the location as we could travel to various other spots. We had booked 4 nites here.

The Gym had a poor standard and was really small. Fitness equipment did not work properly. Not enough towels for the spar area. A negativ cost benefit ratio in total

Unfriendly and unhurried reception when we arrived. No help with luggage. No service on Sunday or Monday (we had not been told beforehand).

Breakfast was ok, as was dinner on the first night. Food was good.

It's a very old building and therefore, they don't have an elevator.

What a surprise! Proximity to the Autobahn was our intention, but then we found this gem. Awesome food, rooms, sauna, exerciser room. And we could go on a short hike right from the premise.
