The food delivery man knocked on my room door at 2 am, without prior notice from the reception. The room didn't have a minibar and the parking spot in front of the Hotel is only available for 15 min during the check in.

Room size was great, plenty of space and big floor to ceiling windows. Very comfortable bed, nice big pillows. Coffee making options in the room. Good bathroom with big shower. All good!

The location is great, just a 20 minute walk to both Altstadt & Neustadt. Parking is right next door, and the staff is very friendly.

The room does not have a fridge, while other Leonardo hotels have it. But this is a minor thing, hence still a very nice hotel.

Nice hotel, tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff, strong wi-fi. Location is not central, but very easy to access on a tram or have a walk.

Car park not for free.

Plenty of different things for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quite quiet room. Location in the town centre made it easy to find a place for dinner. Car park with CCTV right next to the hotel.

The room was quite small for 3 persons (2 adults and one child), the window couldn’t be tilted, could be a little bit cleaner. There was no soap on the arriving.

Very good location: close too main see-sights and to the train/s-bahn station. There are fresh apples at the reception. This hotel was much better than Leonardo in Berlin.

We were disappointed to find that the hotel restaurant was closed. It turned out to be a challenge to find somewhere to eat, not only on the evening of arrival, but the next two evenings as well. We should have been informed in advance thus having the opportunity to book a table in another restaurant before leaving home.

The breakfast was fine. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly, and helped us find a restaurant nearby at the evening of arrival, when it turned out that the restaurant at the hotel was closed. The hotel was close to public transport, nice in the day, not so much at night.

On foot, the city center is a bit far, but it's manageable by tram. The elevator can be a bit crowded in the mornings, with fewer available than needed, resulting in a considerable wait if one wants to unload in multiple rounds.

Located on the outskirts of Dresden's city center in a refined environment. It is situated along a busy road, but the soundproofing is effective, so it's not bothersome. Next to the hotel, there is a paid parking garage, making it convenient for travelers, and there is also a possibility to stop in front of the hotel for unloading, just 15 minutes away. The rooms are average but of good quality, featuring a quirky arrangement where the toilet and bath share a door. The breakfast is ample and delicious, and the restaurant area is bright and spacious, providing a good start to the day.
