Needs more towels, you have to be in the apartment for cleaning service and the window to get the service is too long, 6 hrs, ended up rejecting the service as I rather go and enjoy my day.

The fact that we were on a 3rd floor with no elevator with no previous notice; I traveled with my 10 months old baby and we had to leave the stroller outside, which was pretty inconvenient.

The apartment is amazing: fully equipped, comfortable, spacious, with a wonderful coffee machine and all necessary commodities. Couldn’t be better located; the neighborhood is friendly, vibrant, packed with restaurants from all over the world, coffee shops, next to supermarkets.

Apartment was perfect and except lack of microwave oven there was everything in it, including the tea, sugar, dishwashers tablets - literally everything. Apartment is located in old building but renowated and equipped with elevator. Super clean! You will feel there as in own home. Strongly recommended to all!

There were no extra touches like cushions in the living room or artwork on the walls which made it feel a little bare but still comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t quite bright enough and as the large window needed a shower curtain across for obvious privacy when showering it felt rather dull.

The apartment was in a great location for my needs for the trip. Facilities were very good, well equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine. Very comfortable living area and bed was comfortable too with plenty of extra pillows. The bathroom was spacious and very clean with washing machine. A warm and cosy apartment for the time of year I visited, over Christmas.

We arrived in the evening. I was sent instructions email on how to open the apartment. Seamlessly Clean environment, good access to public transport coffee machine with coffee available. The accommodation contacted me to see if it was okay Nearby cafes, restaurants. I recommend( for example )for a large group (5 people)

It was a little cold despite following the given instructions for using the heating - personally I didn't mind that, but it might be a a problem for some. While the apartment was quiet in general, you can hear voices of people talking (or especially shouting) at the staircase *very* loudly. I think it might be a good idea to inform guests of that problem and ask them to keep their voices down while at the staircase.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities I could have wished for - amazing value compared to similarly priced hotel rooms in the area. It was clean and pleasant all around, and I must add that the security deposit was returned very quickly. The neighborhood was just delightful, probably one of the most charming places in Berlin.

Location, cleanliness as well as spacious and cosy rooms.

It was mentioned they will send me the electronic keys in advanced but I'm not sure if I received them over the email. But I used the door bell and a nice lady jumped out and provided they keys and guided me on how to use the key and open the door. She mentioned they tried calling my phone. But the phone was off at time, sp make sure you have connectivity.

The penthouse is beautiful and with a fun balcony overlooking Gartnerstraße. Nice appliances and gorgeous tub for relaxing after a night out. Especially appreciated the nice lighting design in the apartment, as I am very sensitive to bad lighting.

Once you book (and insert your credit card as paying) in booking.com, then they send you a link and you need to pay again there, but they haven't charge you by booking so they are not double changing, but is so so so confusing. Then for doing the check in you need to sign up in an app, and then submit your documents there, it is so annoying. I was dealing with a lot of work those days and it was a real torture to spend so much time following all their requirements and check in process, just for a 4 days holidays :( Should be more easy, specially if I am using booking.com. It was a nightmare for me, I can't imagine for someone elder or not very high tech!

The apartment is beautiful, very elegant, cozy and functional. Everything is great quality and is much more spacious than it looks in the photos. The area is quiet and excellent communicated, there are bars and speti around and the neighbourhood is vibrant but family friendly. I really loved our stay there. The girl in building was kind and attentive. It was very clean and it has everything needed for a cute stay.

Needed an earlier check in due to traveling with a small child. Unable to accommodate but we adjusted and everything worked out perfectly.

I was a little nervous , as I have never booked outside of an hotel before . The host put my mind at ease with constant communication with any questions or concerns I might have had. Kitchen came well equipped , lessening the stress of essential needs. pots, pans, wine opener, salt , pepper, etc. things you take for granted. Grateful I didn't have to hunt down a store to purchase small things that can add up.

As heatwaves become more prevalent, some form of air conditioning would be greatly appreciated.

The apartment was spacious and having a bathtub and washing machine was a bonus! Instructions for automatic code to access the apartment were easy to follow.

there was no fly screen, so since we opened the windows during the nights, we had some flies in the room.

the apartment was bigger than what we expected with all the required facilities.. everything was clean and then checkin was super easy with the provided code by the host
