The property is spacious and clean, and has a nice balcony. It is close to the supermarket and has a bakery downstairs. It has free parking and is near the petrol station.

We were amazed that no matter how many messages we wrote to Jann and Jana, we would not be given access to the Wi-Fi network. This affected our stay negatively, as the kids are used to being able to stream movies in the evenings. We were disappointed that they could not find the time to come and help us although we stayed for nine nights. We stayed in August and the apartment was very hot. The apartment was not so clean when we arrived. The floors were clean, but we cleaned the rest of the apartment ourselves when we arrived. When we left, the apartment was cleaner than when we arrived.

Very convenient apartment with everything you need: microoven, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc. private parking, large balcony. Close to restaurants and supermarket. If you need clean towels or linens, just go outside the door and get it. I would not hesitate to come back if we would be granted access to their Wi-Fi network the next time.

The host was waiting for us and gave us a proper introduction. This location is great, free parking next to the entrance. Bakery downstaires for breakfest (obvious not included) but open from 6 AM. Next to the building there is an excellent german restaurant with good tasty meals.

The keys were not ready in the deposit box at the check-in time. Phone number in the confirmation mail does not actually reach anyone, we needed to find different number to call. Apartment kitchen equipment could use an upgrade to include cutting board and a skillet.

There are only two things that I'd like to see improved: 1) The pillows were just unusable. Essentially a low stuffed bean bag for your head 2) everything was clean, with the exception of the floor. I don't think anyone mopped in a while.

Very spacious apartment. Fully loaded kitchen. The check-in process (contactless) allowed us to be very flexible with the arrival time. The apartment is in a building with a bakery that opens very early allowing for good breakfast with the kids. There is also an OK restaurant with a biergarten just across the street. There are two trams within 5-7 minutes of walking. But then the whole city can be walked within 30. The neighborhood is quiet and there isn't a lot of traffic.

The kitchen utensils could have been more plentiful, and unfortunately, the electric toaster was faulty.

The apartment was spacious and the check-in process was smooth. We requested an early check-in, which was promptly arranged for us. Additionally, having our own parking space was incredibly convenient. The location was also favorable, with a nearby grocery shop. To reach the city center, one can either use a car or take a 15-minute walk to catch a tram.

Being critical I would say the the kitchen appliances such as kettle and toaster need updating and the a few more pots and pans added to the collection. The TVs were also not smart TVs, whilst we weren’t in Freiburg to watch TV it would have been useful to have the option of Netflix and YouTube apps etc for the children on days the weather wasn’t great. The only other thing I can fault that was pretty poor was the internet. I didn’t really work at any point during our stay.

The apartment was fantastic, very easy to access from the main roads of Freiburg from the free parking that comes with the apartment. Local supermarkets within minutes of the property all with great produce.

only one thing we don't like, the mattresses not firm enough and the pillow too soft.

The property is big, clean and well equiped (kitchen, washer, etc). The environment around the property is quiet, very convenient with a number of supermarts nearby. About 10min to tram station.

Kitchen counter space was not sufficient. The pillows were very uncomfortable for all of the guests. Worst issue is that it was impossible to contact anyone at the Freiberg Apartments company during a fire alarm. Even though it was a public holiday No emergency numbers were available for the hosts and we spent an hour outside waiting. The fire brigade was eventually able to deactivate the false alarm an hour later.

The only minus is that there's only one bathroom and the bathroom and shower are in the same area. For a family of 5, this was a bit problematic in the mornings, however it wouldn't stop us from coming again.

Keys were in keybox with a code provided the day before, it was very easy to find the apartment with the photos given as well. We loved the apartment, it's very large, the beds are very comfortable, the table was big enough for all of us, we had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Th bathroom is large and comfortable and so is the shower. IT comes with a parking space, which is great, and it's right by a gas station that has a convenience store where we could get extra stuff that we needed. We didn't stay in Freiburg so I don't know where things are in reference to the apartment, we spent one day in Europa Park and one day in France. There's also a restaurant downstairs, but we didn't go to it. We would 100% come again, this was a great find for a great price.

One of the beds was not confortable, we slept in the other one without problem, the pillows should be changed for other ones not so soft or at least have the two variants.

The house it was the best house I have ever stay, it was Very big it was also very clean and very beautiful the staff very kindly and very polite I appreciate about this house everything was fabulous.You can find easily markets and buses,banks and other things you need when you have a trip!

For those who are not familiar with Freiburg and the use of the tram system — especially because of the construction on the tram line at the moment — it might seem a bit complicated to get into town.
