You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaIt is absolutely ridiculous that this place charges/fines you for for bringing in outdoor food. We were here for a conference and we have small children who need to eat throughout day. We are not going to spend $30 on the restaurant meal and walking all the way to town every time is inconvenient. I wouldn’t stay here again because of their stingy fine.

DenmarkLow standard for superior single room, the most expensive single room on the price list, rather disappointing. Also emailed them twice and never got any response. When checking out we only got one invoice, we had two rooms, and the other one wasn’t sent to us post to check-out. Cleaning was quite poor, I had to ask two days in a row to get my room vacuum cleaned. This type of room is listed as having “more space” - I’m really glad I didn’t choose a standard one then.
Very nice surroundings, hotel located in a beautiful park. Hotel itself is also beautiful.

GermanyMy family and I decided to take a spontaneous vacation for the weekend and we couldn't have been more pleased with the decision to book a room at the Maritime Hotel in Bad Wildungen. The reception staff was exceptional, going out of their way to answer any questions or assist us. My daughter loved the fitness room and my wife found the food and dining delightful. We highly highly recommend!

Kuwaitthere was no ac in the room (we booked a suite) and it was too hot we couldn’t sleep and there was no staff to help with the luggage they gave my husband a trolly and told him to carry them and take them to the suite!!!! no amenities in the bathroom we had to buy our own soaps and tissue papers. I wouldn’t even give this hotel 1 star
