We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ThailandThe room sometime are too cold. There still have many dust under the bed. The toillet window don't have curtain. We can see other window.
Staff are superfriendly. They help as to solve all the problem. My room the curtain doesn't close those window all the way. I went to the reception desk. She kind of understand. She went to grab some of bed sheets for me to close it. The BF was excellent. In quality and variaty. Compair to price this hotel is perfect. The hotel was a kind of in the middle of nowhere. But when the staff tell us how to go to the center. It's just about 15-20 min walk to the center which is lovely walk.

JapanThe walls had stains on them, visually not so pleasing, but otherwise the room was clean so it didn't bother me.
Friendly staff always willing to help :D The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was pretty soft and I personally liked it. The location was excellent, near the tram station but also very quiet. Truly a steal considering the price. The big free bottle of water was nice too. I'd definitely want to visit again. ALSO, A CAT IN THE LOBBY!! ❤️

DenmarkThere was a distinct not very nice smell which seemed to be coming out of the washing basin. We aired as much as we could to get rid of it, but it just kept coming back. My first night, there was no bin. When I returned at the end of my second day of stay, a bin suddenly materialised. The day after, a second bin emerged. I realised towards the end of the stay that there were supposed to be teas and some water in the room (they suddenly materialised the last day of our stay). What I really did not appreciate though was the fact that the economy room, which I originally book, really doesn't come with a double bed which wouldn't be doable by default for anyone other than cosy couples willing to sleep in an embrace. It honestly didn't occur to me to check the dimensions. AFTER I booked the room and paid, I received a warning about this with an offer to pay extra for what I think most people would consider a normal double bed. On the one hand, it's nice the warning came. On the other hand, it really felt quite cheeky to even offer this bed as a double one.
The room was very nice. There was a fridge, which is super convenient. Plenty of useful hangers and towels. Comfortable bed. Once I figured out that there are teas and some mineral water, that was very nice as well. The entire card arrangement was very convenient. Super nice staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the location. I had never been to the south part of Leipzig and it is a lovely area with a lot of nice restaurants and shops and very pretty and quiet.

SerbiaThe elevator didn’t work and our room was on 4th floor. We had to carry a big luggage. It was extremely cold in the room and it was December. I was sleeping in a jacket. The pillow is extremely soft, and I had a huge pain in the neck the next day.
It’s 20 minutes from the city center, location is great.

DenmarkThe room is not clean in some detailed places, and the arrangement of the room makes it very narrow to walk through. The sound separation is not good so it is not really good to bring sound sensitive dogs.

TurkeyTheir smallest room will not have a mini fridge (although it includes a complimentary sparkling water which was good). The reception and elevator are closed from 10 PM onwards. Please make sure your package includes breakfast if you want it, because somehow when we were making the booking it looked like it was included in the price but it wasn't.
It was a cosy room, their smallest room with a double bed was bigger than what we expected. The location is very central with lots of restaurants and bars, and the bathroom especially is quite modern. Well renovated. Possibility to accept dogs was great for us! They care about the environment and sustainability which I appreciated - no separate, plastic-wrapped soap, shower gel or cream was present but a refillable and biodegradable option was chosen. I would come here again and would definitely further recommend.
