We were not able to use Sauna, some people were there for a very long time,maybe you should introduce booking for Sauna.

Windows do not insulate from the street noise well: if your room faces the road you can hear the transport very well, if your room faces the backyard it is alright. On my second stay, the mattress was sub-good.

Sauna is great, gym is good, breakfast, people are great. Fine for one night stay, especially if you get the discounted price.

Price of Breakfast for 2 people was 38 Euros, extortionate. Honestly walk over to the train station just over the road and pay 10 Euros for the same thing.

The location just one minute walk from the station was fantastic if you travel in by train.

Bathroom layout (bath tub shower, doors, towel hanger) not the most convenient. For me a shower I can easily enter would be preferred but I guess others enjoy the bath tub.

Nothing to complain about. My room had a view on the interior terrace with a water fountain - which was not so great. Luckily for me, the terrace closes every night relatively early, and the guest was not too loud. Also, the water fountain switches off every night. Yeah, now I also have to say that the bed was probably the worst part - it is small, and the mattress is very thin.

The hotel is just across the central train station and the public transport hub (tram and bus). And that is an excellent starting point for exploring the wonderful city. The room was as expected with the usual contents - A/C, TV, small fridge. Pretty clean, and there's nothing to complain about. It would be nice to have a water heater for making coffee. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was amicable. Wifi was amazing.
