The decoration is a little bit dated but all is very clean and well maintained.

It was very clean, the pool and sauna were free of extra charge and the breakfast selection was very exhaustive and staff very friendly.

the first room I was given, was above the night entrance and every time the entrance door closed, the doors in my room would shake. I couldn't sleep much in that room.

Pool and Sauna were relaxing after long hours of travelling and work Stuff was friendly and after I asked to move rooms, because the first one was too loud they accommodated my wish immediately, which was very nice.

A little dated, but still well kept. The cleaning staff came to the room despite "Do not disturb" sign while I was gone.

Quiet area and hotel, very close to Uniklinikum. Pool and sauna, although small, are a nice plus. Spectacular breakfast - I wish I could have stayed longer just to enjoy the selection!

The location was far from the city centre in a southern suburb near the Medical University.A bus journey is required as its too far to walk. Inflexible on Check-In time,even to drop off a bag before 3pm was impossible.Blamed this on staff shortages! For such a smart and far from cheap Hotel this was extremely disappointing. I had to pay for left luggage at the Hauptbahnhof.When I arrived for check-in,the man was far from friendly and I had to fill in all the details myself,despite it all being on Booking.com!

Nice room,clean,comfortable with facilities.Options for breakfast,gym etc. Not central but there were regular buses nearby once you got the timetable details.

I’m still unclear why hotels in Europe are charging fee’s for pets. All pets do is sleep, they use no water, electricity and if a property owner mentions the fee is for extra cleaning this is totally false. I was in the hotel business for decades and this is just another way to gain revenue from customers.

Away from the city center and nothing to do around the area but it’s close to university so if that is why your going it is a very good choice However, I was looking for a place with a pool and the pool was great

The personnel was very warm and professional, the breakfast was tasty, the room was clean and not at last the price was fair. Even I stayed only one night, this is a hotel where you can do all kind of activities, exploring the surroundings.

The hotel is pretty standard, which suited us well as we were just staying one night while travelling north. The hotel was well situated near the exit from the motorway, but still in a nice area with several restaurants, some even open relatively late. We were offered a good breakfast and the place felt clean. There is a large parking just outside the hotel door.

Unfortunately some of the dishes were dirty. Not one glass matched another. Not enough cutlery (5 forks). There were no bowls for cereals in the morning. No tea towels and no paper towels or napkins. There were drinks in the fridge but no price list! We took 3 drinks which cost us a small fortune.

The apartment was big and clean. We were 5 and everyone has lots of space. The terrace was very big too which meant we could all have dinner outside.

A minor remark that I'd have liked the towel to be softer. The room had bad sound isolation, everything was audible from the corridor and surrounding rooms.

Excellent location for my goal which was sleeping over during my long drive. Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice bathroom which was seemingly renovated. Lovely view to the garden and quiet surrounding
