The accommodation is basic. There is no AC, so the room can get quite hot.

It's located in a nice neighborhood and very well connected with the rest of the city via metro and busses. The room was clean. The shower was nice. The staff there let me drop off my bags early in the morning and they were already delivered to my room when I returned for check-in. Lots of places to eat and have coffee or a drink right in front of the hotel.

No tea/coffee facilities or food on site, but there were some food options close by. The floor was polished concrete which looked great but I slipped after a shower - no harm done, but could be dangerous for others.

Clean and could check in at any time which was helpful as we had a late flight that was further delayed.

There was absolutely no one at the hotel at 20.00. We did the self check in by ourselves. Maybe not a problem but it takes time getting used to. The toilet always had a smell from the drains.

Desk is limited hrs (closes at 14:00) so if you're a traveler who needs more help, it's phone or email after 2pm. A small fridge would have been nice.

Excellent location, nearby Goetheplatz metro station, a short (15m) walk to Theresienplatz where Oktoberfest is held. Room was spacious and clean, minimal but stylish. the bed and bedding excellent and shower hot, fast, strong. Staff was helpful and responsive. I was there in Sept 2023 and the staff had Oktoberfest maps and traditional gingerbread cookies in the room.

Very modern, clean rooms. Location is perfect for the city or Oktoberfest and it’s great value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again without hesitation.

No Air-conditioning, but the staff provided a fan when I asked them. They were nice. The shower overflows over to the bathroom, since its level with the rest of the floor. And the sink faucet leaked water from the wall, and it filled with water under the sink. The bed was not strong enough to withhold some weight. The bars were constantly going off their hook. They cleaned each day I was there, it was nice.

Centralized location, separate room from the rest. Staff was nice and flexible. It's a private space and quiet. I loved the colour combination of the room.

No reception and I think there was renovation works going on at the hotel, which woke me up as they were loud. The room was pretty cold, especially with a concrete floor and walls, and there didn't seem to be a way to put on the heating.

Room was clean, stylish decor that all feels very new, bed was comfortable, and it looked as expected from photos.

Where do I start!!! The staff was the best I have ever stayed at. They were kind, understanding, and did so many nice things for me that I only dreamed others would do. For example, they let me leave more of my luggage in the room on the last day because my flight was not until later that day. They also let us in earlier the first day, explained everything, and were there every day with a smile on their face. The room is clean, and the towels are changed every two days. A clean bathroom is very important to me when I travel, so I gave this a 10 out of 10. Great location—right next to the subway, next to the grocery store, and in front of the hotel is the bakery Zöttl. There are also many food kiosks, restaurants, burger joints, and McDonald's across the street. ATMs on every corner, bus station is also across the street. No words can describe how great this place is. If I ever go to Munich again, I will definitely stay here—Hotel Mons is the best one ever.

I booked last minute needing an affordable place to stay in Munich on a business trip. As a woman on her own, this was not ideal. There is no concierge or desk, which I understand given it was cheaper than most other places close to the city; but they could at least do something about the instructions/ communication about how to enter the room and the dimly lit or non-existent lighting made the experience more creepy. On the landing where the lift was, the light wouldn’t turn on - or it wasn’t obvious where to find it. They could at least put some welcoming signage to let you know you’re in the right place. Although there are key instructions in the welcome email, I had to poke around a different section of the floor first to figure it out; and then another guest happened to come by to help me - but that was also creepy given how we both realized how in close / limited security proximity we both were. They should put the key boxes directly there on the landing; not behind doors. Someone has done a smart job of laying out the rooms and installing decent finishings, but then no effort given to how guests will enter the place. To top it off, the springy, squeaky bed gave it psych ward vibes.

may be it would have been a good idea to add basic food stuff like cutlers or mugs. but the staff were very helpful, and they have lend me the kettle for tea making as well as cups and other stuff.
