No slippers. No ironing service at the hotel, though it was mentioned as available in the booking. The wellness area is very poor for the hotel of such level - only one small gym, and actually that`s it. There is a sauna, but needs to be reserved beforehand. The restaurant: very long time waiting for the order.

Location is perfect, if you need to use the airport, it`s right at the airport. The beds are very comfortable. Soundproofing, good choice for buffet breakfast, very convenient shower with strong water flow.

The hand soap and body wash in the bathroom have a very strong scent that lingers after you use them.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a huge variety of food choices.

Black flooring and carpet… I can’t tell if it’s dirty or now. The shower set up was also silly… a shower with no door but it’s also raised? Sounds like asking for water damage.

Perhaps more food choices in bar if you are wanting a light meal rather than fine dinning in the restaurant.

Very large and long bedroom with plenty of windows. Plenty of space for luggage. Excellent bar and excellent restaurant. Breakfast was the best I have seen in a hotel restaurant, terrific choice and excellent quality. As close to the airport as it is possible without being in the terminal so no shuttle or taxi required.

Thermostat should be adjustable with digital display. Water should be complementary. Trollinger restaurant was good, but overpriced relative to similar restaurants.

The see-through window: So you can actually watch somebody taking a shower--who comes up with this?! Also, the second roll of toilet paper is where the sink is, the toilet is in a separate area, so be sure you check that there is plenty of paper, when nature calls.

The room air conditioner didn’t work and the window was unable to be opened for cool air. We mentioned it to the hotel staff, they said they would check it, no other response.

It would have been nice to have USB ports in the room, I think this would be essential for business travelers who don’t carry adapter plugs while traveling.

Really liked the location so close to the airport. The staff was courteous and professional, rooms and hotel were very clean. Tröllinger restaurant was wonderful with a great wine selection too. We enjoyed the seasonal menu with spargel and decadent desserts. Definitely make reservations as it can be quite busy on the weekends.
