In the night, sometimes there is loud music from the near by Bar / Disco / public hall (not sure). Some bit of noise only when they play music which has a good sub woofer effect. Else, ok. I faced this issue for one day. Also, auto key drop was not working with code

The only issue was was a bit of noise from a nearby disco. Our room was on the corner nearest the disco's building which probably didn't help and it really wasn't an issue during our stay .... but if you wanted to leave the windows open, it may be annoying. We were there several nights but only recall hearing it on Friday / Saturday.

We upgraded to a middle size room and that felt pretty spacious. Plenty of cupboard space, warm and clean with a decent sized bathroom. Parking directly under the hotel was very convenient and easy to find. We arrived late in the evening and the supplied instructions made it easy to get the keys - direct lift access from the car park to the room floor was a real bonus. Staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Lots of people complain about lack of space to dry dishes - its a bit awkward but not an issue if you don't have much to washup. We were on a corner and enjoyed the light provided by big windows - these all had blinds so it was easy to control heat/light. Finally, the supermarket two mins walk away was big and had plenty of choice.

I booked an apartment for 2 adults and 1 child, but it was prepared only for two people. Luckily there was a housekeeper on the floor and she helped me. As the office works just a few hours a day it would be a challenge in a similar case.

It was easy to find and had good instructions for getting the keys. The apartment was as described located in a quiet neighborhood. S-bahn is just a few minutes away.

The amenities in the kitchen were scarce. I missed a drying rack, and more knives (there were only serrated).

The check-in was super easy. With a code in a safe box. The apartment is located in a safe and quiet location which we really liked. There's also a big park for children to play in the vicinity (Arnulfpark). There's an EDEKA just around the corner and Dean&David 2 minutes walk away and a DM 8 minutes walk away. I'm sure theres also other stuff. The connection with the center is also all right, but we were using only the car. The apartment was super clean, the bed was comfy and big. We were there for 4 nights and the apartment was cleaned once - for me it is enough, I rather clean it myself and have no strangers in the apartment. A parking space is available for 9€/day - super cheap. The kitchen had a coffee machine, water boiler and there was also a hairdryer. Price - quality ration EXCELLENT!

The extraction fan in the bathroom was working permanently, which was a little annoying.

Well furnished and maintained apartment, very welcoming hos. The building is located close to an s-bahn station, which brings you to the center in 5 min.

The location is the great thing about this property - so easily accessible by public transport, ideal for Oktoberfest, a trip to the public centre, but also a safe and relaxing area in itself.

Everything about this place it's 100% worth it, the staff are very kind people and they are for you and try to help you ALWAYS!! I do appreciate it them so much, a big thank you. This is a very nice place, it's always clean and the location can't be better, I could say it's just perfect place to stay but the only bad thing about this place it's during summer season, even though it's super modern and new it has not air conditioner at all!! It can get incredibly warm inside the rooms during day and they put an old and dusty fan that does not the job, you can barely feel the air from it, I really hope this can change, this is my favorite place to stay in Munich when I come to visit my friends. I hope this could be taken as constructive criticism because I love this place and definitely I'm a still choosing it, thank you the staff always 🙏🏻

During our stay both the entrance gate of the parking and the entrance door of the building didn't work making the access of the building easier for the unknown. Little information in the apartment for recycling.

The apartment is very well connected by transport to all the attractions. The lady at reception was wonderful and friendly, we were given a map and shown all the main attractions on arrival. The place was very comfortable and spacious.

The noises from street were sometimes quite loud when we were cooling the place by opening windows. Maybe a cooling fan could be a good addition to the room. The extra bed/sofa was a little bit hard for adult but worked well with kids.

The content of the kithchen cupboard was working well when making food in the apartment. We got free parking from garage under the building after talking to reception. Good connections to train and tram. Free wifi. There is a Edeka grocery store nearby. Reception person was very helpful.

The apartment is nice, cozy and calm in a beautiful environment. It is about 30-35 minutes walk from the city centre. But you can also use tram. The bed is very comfortable.

Location was great, S Bahn. supermarket/cafe were at 2 min walking distance. Going to central Munich area was extremely easy. would visit again.
