The view from the room, was in the building next door, was not ideal, just overlooked the back area of the hotel, not a major issue though since you don't spend much time in the room.

Great room, really spacious. Facilities were great, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The therme and saunas are also very nice!

Tried the steak house within the hotel, quality, for the money, was not ideal, but not a bad meal by any means. Breakfast could have a bit more variety. But these are all minor details!

The thermal baths were excellent! Great variety of pools and atmosphere and the amenities provided were great! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was also particularly good and the design of the room was beautiful!

When we made our booking, we reserved a nice large room but that wasn't the same when we arrived. First we thought of leaving immediately, but luckily the stuff managed to give us a new room within a short period of time.

Great selection of food for buffet breakfast. They have several restaurants you may choose from. Reservation is highly recommended (even when they say you don't need one, it gets crowded and always better to make a call than wait). We travelled with our 3 years old. She truly loved it! It is absolutely kids friendly and safe.

It's a very minor thing, but the sign-posts to the car park are not very clear in the dark. The Google-based sat-nav in the car mistakenly took me round the wrong way (and then wanted to go along a footpath!) and it took a while to realise that I should have turned left at the beginning rather than right.

No cool pool or a/c for summer heat. But those things seem very uncommon here. Most people come to a therm for warm water. They do have cold plunges which are nice after a sauna.

The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful. Especially the wait staff in the restaurant. Everyone can speak English, which was very helpful for us as we just moved to Germany and we are struggling with becoming proficient. I loved the Aufguss, even though it is post CORONA and they are not able to wave towels or be more active. Still the Aufguss was much very appreciated! The sauna masters did a great job of holding a calming and healing vibe. The whole sauna/therm area is really top notch, beautiful, clean and well maintained. We will be back!

We got a Queen room in an older part of the hotel, which was completely different and way worse than in the pictures.

A beautifully situated, comfortable SPA hotel. A perfect place to go cycling around the area and then give your body a rest in the hotel's thermal baths. What caught my attention was the presence of a crucifix in the rooms and the close proximity of the church - it happened so that our stay ended on Sunday and I could attend the Holy Mass after breakfast before going home - this was a great unexpected advantage of this place for me. Coming back to the hotel - breakfast with a huge choice, eaten in the sun, on the terrace, surrounded by trees and singing birds - is one of the memorable impressions. If I am in the area again - I would like to stay at this hotel again.
