When my partner connected his phone to a sucker for charging it literally explored and the electricity of the bathroom and small lights of the room was gone. That is quite dangerous, especially because the installation of a lamp next to the bed had open cables and it didn't seem safe at all. But nothing "too bad" happened. I guess it is more of an anecdote.

It's hard to rate a place like this since it is so cheap that it is hard to expect much. We paid 35€ for two people, in a private room ... We just came back from holidays where we spent so much that we just wanted a cheap place close to the main station to sleep for one night. And for this it was perfect... Our room was clean but it did smell a bit like cigarettes, especially the bathroom. The beds were comfy. You have to pay 2€ per person in cash for the city tax, we didn't have cash but they sell drinks and have a big variety so we bought some beer. From 10€ on you can pay with card (may this info is helpful)

So, the place is good, amazing location and fair price, There was some extra tourism fee, that the person on the balcony only give you the key if you pay this extra fee. The bedroom is good and simple, just the strong smell of cigar is terrible. But if needed for the price and location I would consider renting again.

I was charged for using the wireless internet, even though it was included in the price of the stay. At the same time, it was not possible to connect to your WiFi network, because I was given the wrong password.

Too loud between rooms and floors. Cigarette smoke came in through the bathroom and the whole room smelled a lot(!). Only one outlet in the whole room, and no outlet close to the bed!! Would not stay here again.

The floor was still wet from being mopped. I had called at 14:00 to let them know I would be an hour late. I still had to wait TWO HOURS for my room to be cleaned. They also do not accept card payments which is quite inconvenient. In addition, there was some mold or stains in the bathroom and the ventilation was not the best. The fridge was also right in front of the closet which was terrible and the desk and chair were dirty.

I loved the staff they were extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure that everything was going as well as it can and communicated really well, which is a plus. I liked the light in my room it was good for my vlog.

The reception seat needs to be changed. Very old The rooms were not very clean, smelling cigarettes all around 😕 in the reception and the rooms, broken window, broken toilet seat, so i went to inquire a few things the day before my arrival on the 19th the receptionist whom I saw the day before my arrival was very very rude. He even shouted at me. I felt really bad. And all I did was just to inquire but so sad how he treated me . They need to really change or work on how they treat guests
