Good clean well located hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Location is a bit out of the way. 15 minute walk from the S-bahn, >10 minute walk from the U-bahn and 45-50 minute walk from the "centre" (e.g. Brandenburg gate). Amenities in the room were fairly minimal but for the price was what we expected. A simple, no frills but efficient and clean hotel. Would still recommend it to others just be aware of the walking distances.

Good value for money. Large and very comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Noted on the first day that the shower wasn't draining, informed the staff and it was fixed by that evening and they checked with us to make sure.

The price is too high for the current offering. Wifi is not secure, there is no room service and the restaurant is only open for breakfast (both very inconvenient when you are working on a different time zone). Adding a hot plate or a microwave to the bedroom would help, especially since there are no lunch/dining option on site or close enough when you work and have only a short break. NB: I didn't get the balcony I expected. There was a terrace common with the other rooms on the aisle of the floor (small glass partitions between rooms) but it's difficult to enjoy if you are a non-smoker and people are smoking on the other side of the glass. It can also be noisy on weekends when people are partying on the terrace and you are trying to work/sleep.

Many things in the room were in bad condition. Bathroom glass door was shaking and didn’t close properly, tv remote were dirty, one table near bed had glass on top, other had only marks from it. Both saunas were cold during our visit. And I’ve asked for the invoice by email, but haven’t received it.

The location is good, hotel is on the calm street just next to Tierpark. Also there is a pool and small gym on the ground floor.

I booked a parking spot and when I arrived I was told to park elsewhere, or on the street which cost me 3 Euro per hour, it would have been nice if they told me when I was trying to book they had limited spaces, then I would have booked elsewhere with parking facility, don't live it to the last minute when we check in to tell me there are no parking spots!! they need to be honest with clients.

The hotel was nice the location was great, the facility great, Staff was very approachable an friendly.

The pool was a little too cold for my 3 years old daughter and the breakfast was just average for a 4 stars hotel, e.g. the fruits in the fruit bowl were bad/not eatable.

It is super close to one of the playgrounds in the Tiergarten of Berlin. One can walk through the Tiergarten to the main places in the capital.

The only thing I may point is the fact that the bar is often closed, but there are plenty of alternatives nearby the hotel.

Very well located, super comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room with lots of light and a good bathroom. The staff is exceptionally helpful and always with a smile. Good breakfast selection. The pool, steam bath are enough considering that this is a city hotel.

The pool and gym are pretty small, but fine. We only used the gym and pool on one day, but that day the steam room and sauna were both switched off. I'm sure we could have asked in advance and they would have been switched on, but we were only having a quick break before dinner so it wasn't worth it. Also, one day the hotel bar was closed in the evening. This was a little bit disappointing because on the other days we'd been able to come back from our day out and evening food and have a drink in the bar before bed. If we'd known in advance the hotel bar was closed we would have stayed out longer.

Location was great for the Tiergarten, near the zoo. We had a wonderful city break and walked everywhere, but it would work well if you wanted to use public transport too. The hotel was lovely a clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was very good, plenty of space and modern design.

The steam bath was poor - not really steaming. The sauna and steam bath was only turned on every second day - one by one?? The water temperature in the pool was very cold.

The site said it had a restaurant on site which was confirmed when we arrived but when we wanted to book a table we were told the restaurant was closed only open for breakfast . But the card said open at 18.00u which was apparently no longer a fact

A lot of weird noise in the room, which made sleeping a little tough

The wellness area is kind of smallish and there is always either the steam bath OR the sauna. Both aren’t really spacious.

The hotel offers a great breakfast and the architecture is beautiful.
