Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

otherwise the room was perfect. The room was very large which was perfect as we had a sofa bed & cot for the baby. Linen was great for both kids. We had extra towels provided and still had room for the pram and our suitcases. Breakfast was good quality

GermanyThe double room with twin beds is quite small. The walls are too thin and not soundproof so we could hear speaking and noise from the other rooms all the time.
The location is perfect, central and close to the main attractions of the city. The staff is nice. The hotel is clean and there is a big attention to COVID-measures. Pets feel really welcome.

DenmarkSO NOISY!!! We could actually hear the couple next door coughing, sneezing, and we were bound listen to their private conversation and so on. For instance we could easily hear that the couple sharing the next door room were checked out and replaced the last night because of their voices, dialekt and arguing. I just felt lucky that they went to bed fairly early and didn't come back late or loud in any way. The other way around I didn't even felt comfortable with turning on the TV or laughing at my son's jokes!!! When people were walking just outside our door we could hear their footsteps so loudly that our beds felt like they were almost shaking. Both me and my 10 year old had trouble falling asleep and woke up very early due to the sounds of other people's normal activities. We spend tree nights there and were so tired when we left and it felt like a relief to look forward to having some privacy. This was absolutely not what I expected and the whole mini vacation was affected by the uncomfortable noice in the room and the feeling that everyone could actually listen to you, when you are in your room. Furthermore take your our own pillows with you! The breakfast was precooked and the breakfast hall very crowded after 8 o'clock.

United KingdomShower door seal was detached on part of door, therefore floor flooded each time shower was used. Overtime the problem had caused the wood to rot on the lower part of the door frame causing a permanent damp smell.

GermanyThe room was sold for two people but really it was only suitable for one person. It seems that such a room was the only one being sold via Booking Dot Com. The mattresses were so hard that my wife had back pain and could not sleep one night. The room was too warm. The road was loud. The lighting was poor. The staff messed up the parking reservation. The breakfast was stressful.
We were very happy to leave the hotel. There was nothing that we liked about it.

NorwayRooms was tiny and bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around. Beds not comfy. Was no ventilation or aircon in the room, with hot weather we had to have the window open but someone smoking outside and it smelled of smoke all the time. You could here the people in the other room. Was too simple breakfast but no bacon. For a hotel charging over a hundred Euro, you expect more from the breakfast.
It was clean and receptionist was nice. Parking near hotel was ok.

Hotel am Fjord is centrally located in Flensburg, close to the fjord and to restaurants. Very modern and large rooms with excellent beds and bathroom. Nice bar for drinks, and breakfast is also served outside the bar. Perfect safe hotel garage for our car.
