The hotel complex was very nice. Very good location in walking distance to city center and main attractions. The underground parking was great. We had a nice room with study nook at ground floor. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Good wi-fi.

Great location with easy onsite parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did get extra pillows from reception as we like more than one each. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of variety. We went before 9 as it was less busy. Location to major attractions was within easy walking distance. We ate at the restaurant one night which was good value. The meals were exceptional with steak cooked to perfection.

Big and heavy key bundle. No fridge in the room. Old TV set where I could only view pics and videos on my device. No Netflix, not even YouTube. I wanted to mirror videos from YouTube. But smart tv does not have it pre-installed. Too high price for parking.

I like historical building. It's wonderful. They have their parking lot. Close to the center.

Good location.10 min walk from historical center.Very kind staff. The hotel has parking spaces in the underground parking which is under the hotel. 18 euro per day.The breakfast is very good and varied.

the location was great, a 10 minute walk to the Altstadt. the room was comfortable, although the design was a little old and it was very cold at night and it did not work to warm the room. the staff was nice and they were very helpful.

No Air Con. Booking listed Air Con (one of the reason I picked this hotel) but it didn't have air con for the room. We did have a fan that helped.

Parking on site was expensive. Room somewhat small considering the price, but adequate for an overnight stay.

Beautiful location, nice walk along the river to the central part of Bamberg. Huge selection for breakfast available, and room was comfortable.

Would have liked more fresh fruit in the breakfast. Only had a small window in my room (so felt a bit low on ventilation)

The rooms were comfortable. The hotel had provided a fan considering the warm summer (much required). The staff were helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was okay. There is a sauna (steam, sauna) and fitness room, which can be used on request. The location is close to the Domplatz and touristic attractions. Plenty of parking

Room was noisy as it was on the road side. Also, with no air conditioning the room was very hot. The staff provided a fan upon request which made the temperature more comfortable for sleeping.

Beautifully appointed room, though quite small. Finishings and colour palate were lovely. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was superb, excellent perk. Also, the option to forego housekeeping and receive a complimentary drink per guest was a great incentive. Hotel was a quick walk to historic Bamberg. We loved our stay here.

There was an exceptionally long walk to our room. The bathroom was a bit dated and the tiles could have used a good scrub and bleach. There was no mini bar / refrigerator in the room but the staff kindly put our thermos cooler blocks into a hotel freezer and remembered to get them for us when we checked out. Still, the little refrigerator was missed.

The beds were very comfortable. I needed a second pillow which was provided immediately. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I‘ve ever had at a hotel. There were a lot of guests but no line-ups for the buffet and servers who also provided coffee and tea and kept the tables clean and clear. You could also sit outside on the big front patio. The location of the hotel is perfect, easy walking distance to see the sites. It‘s a big seminar hotel but it was still quiet.

The shower has no light inside it, which leaves it a bit dark.

The bed was comfortable, and a fan was provided in the room. The breakfast was plentiful, replenished often, and very good (we especially enjoyed the smoothies). All of the staff was very friendly. The parking garage had quite a few parking spaces.
