We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOur room was modern with AC and a good shower. Breakfast was great, but our dinner in the courtyard restaurant was outstanding! Looking up at the ancient wall was great ambience, our waiter was excellent, and the white wine was superb. Rhens is tiny but very charming!

United KingdomThe bathroom was directly connected to our bedroom, which is usual and fine. However, the door inbetween was quite cheap and not suited. I don't like it if you experince what's happening in the bathroom while you are not actually in the bathroom. The breakfast food options could have been a bit more diverse.
The location is great. The hotel is cute. It has a charming old style. Though, the bathroom and facilities in general are new and clean. It's a nice mix between old and new.

RomaniaThe room was without AC, and we had very hot weather. Also could be nice to have a kettle machine and a fridge in the room, especially during summer. The restaurant was full of flies, in the morning when having breakfast, flies all over and also in the night. Too many, and this is not ok. The staff doesn't speak English, only very few words, and the menu for the restaurant was only in German. The parking is in the front of the building, on a hill.
The room was very cosy and nice decorated, modern. We booked superior double room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall the room was very good. Rhens is very nice small village. The location is perfect for exploring Rhein valley.

What I liked the most: a single room is real single room (not as so often just another double bed). Felt very cosy. Was super silent. Proper desk, good light, good WiFi. Very friendly staff.

NetherlandsWe had a room almost completely upstairs. Which ment a lot of stairs to go to the room. Wifi was unworkable. Since we were there only short stay it was survivable but absolutely unusable. Quality of English i found lacking.
The village itself and the location is really nice. Breakfast is nicely done. Free pass for public transportation to Koblenz. Parking in the surroundings is quite easy.

BelgiumWe arrived at 20:15 in the evening and planned this as a transfer hotel from Italy to Belgium. We booked it due to the nice courtyard where you can eat something after a heavy travel day. We arrived due unforeseen circumstances at 20:15 and asked if we could still eat something but got the message the kitchen was closed already. However in the hallway hang a paper that the kitchen was normally standard opened till 20:30. At the other hand no airco is present in the room and very hot under the roof and no elevators are present

NetherlandsI encountered an issue with the bathroom drain, resulting in a pervasive sewage smell throughout the entire room. Unfortunately, upon my late arrival, no staff was available to report this to. I stayed in the room and slept with the window completely open. The following morning, I promptly informed the staff during breakfast, wrote a message on the hotel check-in form, and sent a message to the hotel through the booking platform. Regrettably, I did not receive any response. I find it highly disappointing that no action has been taken, especially considering the inconvenience and problem at hand. It is essential for hotels to address such situations promptly and ensure that guests have a pleasant stay.
