Pillows, really uncomfortable

Beds and pillows weren’t super comfy. No AC. A little loud due to location near trams.

Location was great! Right by tram station that put you right at entrance to Heidelberg Altstadt. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was located right next to the parking lot and at night time several people would arrive / go up to their car. They were talking, opening and closing doors and the headlights of the car were shining in the room.

No airconditioning. Since it was very hot, the windows had to be kept open. It is located at a busy traffic intersection and therefore difficult to sleep at the night.

Kindly received. A map of the town was available. The room was clean. Toys available for the children. Breakfast well provided. Location next to the tram, easy to reach the centre.

I recommend very soft background music during breakfast. At times it felt a bit awkward sitting with the guests in silence.

Convenient location & self-check-in. Room was simple & clean. There is a community kitchen in case you want to prepare something yourself.

The room is not that big, and no fascinating view from the window, but I would not ask it for this price

It’s a nice hotel, with a very good breakfast. A nice option for people who only needs a WiFi, breakfast and some rest. Though it is away from the city center, there is a direct train right from the hotel to the center. Surprisingly convenient. Anyway I spent most of the time in the city and mountains, so I don’t need a great view from the window - I had it enough from the castle

The Wifi connection failed twice for my phone but the staff was really helpful. The brushing cup was not clean, but I didn't use it anyway. The transport was supposed to be good, but unfortunately Tram 23 was substantially reduced when I was in Heidelberg.

The room is really cosy and the staffs are so nice and helpful.

Room and breakfast very old fashioned. Little variety for breakfast, amount of food not sufficient for number of guests and not replenished automatically, toilet paper lacking, low lighting, extra cost for parking (did not use), lack of communication over Covid rules. The general stinginess was not indicated given the high rates for the room.

Very friendly personnel, tasty breakfast, charming house. It is not in the center, but the connection to city center and train station is perfect, right in front of the hotel. It is a pleasure to support a small family business, especially if everything is so nice.

Its not hard to find but parking lot entrance is not marked up and there is bunch of other driveways nearby - I would suggest to the owners to put some kind of distinct signage, I ended up doing circles around the property before I figured it out.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, great dinner in a restaurant and awesome breakfast. Apparently hotel is now under new management and lady of the house made sure I felt right at home. It is also not far from the city centre, only maybe 10 minute drive.

There were ZERO negatives, which is super rare!

Perfect, absolutely perfect. Charming hotel, clean and cute rooms, great location right next to the tram station, outstanding breakfast, great staff and a sauna to top it all off. I cant think of a single thing that could be improved. Will definitely stay here if I visit Heidelberg again. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was super cool with many different options. The hotel is really near to bus stop so you can move easily. The staff is very nice people. They rooms have a great menu where you can also find options to visit or eat in the city.

Best room I had during my three week vacation throughout Europe. The small fridge helped. None of the other places I stayed at offered a fridge. The hotel is close to restaurants and transportation (bus/tram/taxi).

A communal kitchen is nice except when someone decides to cook with garlic and the smell lingers throughout the floor!

Great location for our visit. Terrific breakfast. The Hostess was very friendly. The property was a small communal kitchen with an honor mini refrigerator. Wonderful hospitality.
