Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The beds were not very comfortable.
Gym was small but good, location was good also, very reasonably priced and staff were excellent.

Hearing that it was the last room when I had a reservation from some time ago. Not eating breakfast at hotel because it is super expensive (went to a place near the hotel and I saved for 2 days 30€)
Clean, organised and free water bottle for guests. Super comfortable bed and place to leave the car so you can go around the city.

The location is the only 'but' that can be said about the hotel. However, taking the tram will get you quickly to Alexanderplatz and other areas of interest, so it's not a major problem either.
Our room exceeded our expectations. Super comfortable bed (really, I'm not exaggerating!). The hotel staff was very friendly.

To be honest, I was a little bit disappointed, because I did a really big research before the trip. I like to stay in different hotels, and because of that I can compare. - Our room was really empty. I mean - no slippers, bathrobes, shampoo (just 1 thing for everything - my hair got crazy), iron, bottle opener, mini bar - nothing -not really clean. We had handprint on the headboard of our bed -No vegetables at all for the breakfast

Although it did not effect us greatly, the location not as near to Alexanderplatz as stated. About 800 mtrs walk to the square and station area. May be far for less mobile guests.
Excellent breakfast with varied foods to meet mant tastes. The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The bar area had nice decor, good selection of beer wine and spirits. There was a food menu in the bar that catered outside the restaurant. The area in the entrance lobby and bar/restaurant was light roomy and comfortable. Staff were freindly and attentive.

Nothing really to say. Maybe the towels were a little worn out and small, but wouldn't prevent me from staying again.
Plenty of space in the 3 person deluxe room , compared to other hotels. This was the reason I chose it. Everything was clean, the room was refreshed every day. Staff were polite. Bar service good with reasonable hotel prices. M4 tram nearby which made it easy to get to Alexanderplatz transport hub. Park just up the rd, also a bakery and an Edeka Supermarket off one of the roads nearby 👍 Didn't have Breakfast so can't comment. Also there is a little mini fridge in the room which was very handy. Sofa bed was comfortable along with the double bed 😁

It was verrrrrrry warm all throughout the hotel, also in our room and the air conditioning didnt help much
Very comfy beds. Nice looking hotel. Clean. Good connection to public transport. Windows really block the sound out (our room was next to the big road)

The breakfast was a little expensive per person, given it was a buffet. There was no á la carte dinner menu available. Otherwise the stay and facilities were lovely.
Staff were lovely. Rooms were modern and clean, though the standard room was a little small. Location was good but still had to walk to the main city area - not too far though - about 15 mins.

Not very clean . Old pillows, no conditioner or body lotion. Not very far away from the downtown but not very close. Very small classic comfort room .

It was a bit expensive for the actual state of the rooms. You could notice dirt, spots on furniture and mold in bathroom. Breakfast was rich but not high quality, so definitely not worth the high cost.
Good location, easy to reach with trams. Friendly staff and quiet.
