The general atmosphere of the hotel is a little eccentric, perhaps because of the hospital services attached to it. The breakfast was just average.

Very convenient location for visiting Charlottenburg Schloss, its gardens or especially the Schlosspark klinik which is in the same building and grounds. The room was spacious and quiet. There is a small fridge and also a balcony. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. There is a great Italian restaurant & food market nearby.

Location not as good as expected. Beside hospital. Area Felt very industrial. Long walk to cafes and restaurants. Farther from charlottenburg Centre than we expected.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel feels all in all like an extension of the hospital. ;-)

The room was big and clean and had a huge desk as well as a nice reading chair. Convenient colors slightly on the warm side. Mini bar.

It was disappointing to find out that for the price I paid for the room, there was not even complimentary water in the room. No tea or coffee facilities. It was very hot in the room during the night so that one saw oneself forced to take water from the minibar, which came to an exorbitant price. Breakfast was not included, even though when booking it said it was. Parking cost a lot just for a few hours. It would have been the same end price or even cheaper , had I booked a 5 stars hotel which would have included all those facilities in the cost of the room and more. Very disappointing!

The beds were very, very comfortable. I slept like a log. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, definitely worth the 12euro. Plenty of eating options nearby. Overall a hidden gem

Not all facilities running or only partly. Restaurant closed, swimming pool open in the morning and evening for a couple of hours each time and have to book a slot. A little maintenance in the bathroom required, which should be reported by the house cleaners as they touch everything and should notice it. Room prices only board a bit overpriced for the offerings.

Rooms on the first floor are rather dark. Breakfast quality was not as high as the average hotel standard. The hotel is located in an uninteresting area with a ½km walk to anything of interest.

The bath-rooms were of very high standard. Rooms on the first floor have access to a nice lawn. The reception staff was friendly and very competent. Workspace in rooms was very well funcitoning.

the restaurant was closed in the evening which I was unaware of however we found other places not too far away. The room was clean apart from the outer edges of the room which needed a hoover with a nozzle, other than that, the rooms were very clean. no kettle/brewing facilities.
