It was a shower bath which might put people off.

It is in such a fantastic location, easy access to transport and locations. The rooms were huge for a European standard.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location, just down the road from Potsdamer Platz. Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. The bar area was lovely and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to Berlin.

Beautiful room overlooking the central atrium, with balcony. The room was very spacious and ideal for recovery after walking around the City all day. Given its central location, it was very tranquil. Breakfast was epic.

If you are in Berlin, do not hesitate to choose this hotel. The last approx. ten times we lived at the Mandala and that says a lot! The hotel is ideally located, central and with means of transport 100m away, lot of restaurants nearby, spacious rooms with view, impeccable cleanliness, superb breakfast with a totally professional service. As far as we are concerned, we have found the ideal hotel in Berlin!

Nothing to say here, really. Everything was great.

This was one of the most comfortable hotels experiences we ever had, at a great price to value ratio. - The room is spatious, with a huge bathroom, a walk-in closet, a kitchenette, a couch and a desk. - The bed was perfect to sleep in - and you have blackout curtains in case you enjoy afternoon naps. - It was quiet, you couldn't hear anything from outside or inside the hotel (this one's really important to us). - The bathroom products smelled goooood. - Smooth, fast internet connection. - Friendly hotel staff (also, impressive english accents). - If you're a runner, do note that the hotel is close to Tiergarten - a huge lovely park full of other runners. And the location is central overall, with public transport stations that connect you to anywhere you'd like to go. p.s .We didn't get a chance to test the spa, gym or the breakfast.

The hotel is right on Potsdamer Platz, an ideal location to visit the City on foot or via the U and S Bahn. The staff were very friendy and the breakfasts very good.

I didn't have the most interesting view from the window on the side of the hotel, from the balcony. Can be more "green".

The apartment was absolutely perfect! It was very spacious, very comfortable, silent and clean. The room temperature was also great. It was exactly as described but we were still surprised by how great it was. The kitchen did not have any items for you to cook, but you can use a tablet placed in your room to order what you need and it’s delivered to your door! The apartment was Will definitely be my first choice on future trips to Berlin!

Everything about my stay was perfect. The staff who worked in the dining room at breakfast were very responsive, friendly and selection was great. Those working at the front desk were the nicest people. Very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast was too expensive and did not provide good value for money, with limited selection on offer. There were more drink varieties than fruit or meal options on the buffet table. The pillows were not comfortable and it took a few nights to work through the pillow menu and misunderstanding of our requirements with housekeeping.

The Executive room we had was fabulous! Excellent size, comfortable facilities within the room, including impressive bathroom and mini kitchenette. The iPad outlining all the hotel and guest services was a brilliant touch, especially being able to order directly from the iPad without the need to call front desk. We stayed 5 nights so being able to use the commercial laundry facilities (free of charge) including washing powder, was a special and very appreciative touch. Will definitely staff there again when returning to Berlin.

food served was v good; breakfasts were included, but very well done. excellent staff; we had dinner at their restaurant and pleasantly surprised that it was Michelin rated. that meal was among the best on this trip. The hotel itself was in a newer part of Berlin, but very central to reach out to various city parts. Staff was exceptionally accommodating and attentive.
