Check in at 4pm is a bit late in the day. We were allowed to leave our bags there for the day. There was an option to pay an additional charge to check in early.

Fantastic location, super friendly staff, and the hotel is superb, very clean, and the rooms are quiet. I've already recommended this hotel to friends.

Only reason we didn't give full marks was that the bed mattress was very firm and we are used to a softer one so not as comfy as we would have liked.

This was our first visit to Berlin and the Weinmeister Mitte hotel is very close to the centre with a 5 min walk to Hakescher Market with great food, beers and live music and 15 mins walk to Alexander platz. The staff were super friendly and on the morning we had breakfast it was plentiful and good quality. We did the city sightseeing bus tour and a walking tour seeing all the historic sights. Coffee and cake was a daily treat. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Nothing we didn't like, but would be great to have a few more items available in the hotel, even if not in every room, e.g. a kettle and some tea/coffee facilities and an iron/ironing board for creased clothes from travelling.

The location was ideal, with some really good shops, restaurants and bars nearby, plus well connected by public transport. Staff were friendly & very helpful. The room itself was very comfortable, clean.and the shower was really impressive.

The breakfast buffet (which is optional) is overpriced and meager - I had to leave early sometimes and even though there are many cafes nearby it would have partially added 30 mon to get something from there. Also the shower door didn't fully close and the doors had to be properly slammed in order for the door to lock - so clearly that was loud at times. That's complaining on a high level, thus the 9 stars.

Perfect location, very flexible check-in, great rooms, and access to an external gym which beats every hotel gym. Very high level of security where you only get on your hallway of you have a room key.

The rooms were slightly stuffy, so we opened our window at night where there was quite a lot of noise. Totally to be expected in a city though, and I wore earplugs so it didn't bother me! We also could have turned the air conditioning cooler.

The room was really spacious and clean, the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful with lovely products and the staff were exceptional. A wonderful stay!

I found it very unusual that a hotel of this class didn’t have any facility for making tea or coffee in the room. It felt weird to have huge windows overlooking an office building, I had to have the curtains closed almost all the time.

The location is absolutely great - convenient for exploring Berlin and close to many cafes and restaurants. The room was a good size and I loved that bathroom and toilet were separated. The toiletries were very nice and you could buy them at the reception.

Room was clean and modern. Fantastic large tv. Lovely shower. Great room., Location was minutes walk away from center Alexanderplatz. The Breakfast was basic but did the job. Very pleasant experience. The staff feel like they are a family. Very relaxed, friendly and helpful:) Really nice people which is a huge draw to this place.

The hotel does not service your room every day. Only every second day. Other hotels do this however if you request a room service they will oblige. This hotel declined my request to service my room. The bar staff would no make an expresó martini, iv stayed in many hotels and very little hotels would not be able to do that.

Such a lovely, modern hotel. Very clean and the location was perfect. The staff are great and very approachable as well. Highly recommend staying here if you're going to Berlin!

Experience at check in wasn‘t great - I waited for a very long time at the reception for an employee to arrive. Not very professional. Since the hotel is very pricey I expected more high quality products and toiletry in the bathroom. Some staff members seemed very annoyed. I don’t think the hotel is worth the money to be honest.

Great Location. Close to many nice restaurants, shops and cafés. Liked the set up of the hotel room. I had a room on the fifth floor and the view was really nice.

No steamer or even iron for clothes, no USB for charging

Awesome staff, great spacious room, quality products (toiletries), large shower, large windows and excellent tv.

The shower must have been designed by a bold person, it was either the big rain shower in the ceiling which you can't escape from or a small handheld shower head, so if you didn't want to get your head/hair wet it was a bit of a struggle.

The room was very pleasant to stay in, it had a nice cozy feel to it, the temperature was good, the bed was comfy and big and the bathroom clean. Added bonus, the toilet was separate from the shower. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and several (metro) stations in walking distance.
