Thin walls. You can almost hear what the people in the room next to you are talking. Bathroom doors hard to lock and unlock.

Central location. Easy access to public transport, restaurants and shops. It was clean and warm. I shared a bathroom which was not a bad experience. Check in and check out was easy and the people at the reception were very helpful and kind.

Reminder for foreigners. When we arrived, there’s no one at the reception and the letter on the door said that we should call a number. However, we were unable to call with our phone since we are foreigners(we didn’t have a number to call in EU). Maybe you can tell us in advance that this might happen. Anyway, we asked someone passed by for help and we got in. Also the door of the bathroom are not easy to lock and unlock. I thought I was trapped in the bathroom and tried for a long time to open the door again.

I can just say that they didn't put new shampoo and soap in the bathroom at our arrival.

No parking for hotel guests, you have to park on the street or nearby municipal car parks and pay extra. No air conditioning in the room, it was very hot inside.

The hotel is located in the center of Augsburg, very close to the old town. Room very clean, bathroom spacious and clean.

I was in a room with a shared bathroom, but the bathrooms should be cleaned more often. also lights in one would flicker and we’re very dim which made the bathroom difficult to use at night.

very affordable especially for Oktoberfest weekend. there was a desk in the room for working remote. reception was friendly and helpful (provided cutlery when I needed it and let me store a key for my friend in a lock box)

The Curtains in the room were too thin and didn’t cover the window fully so didn’t keep the light out. The sink in the public bathroom was blocked. All communication was in German which we couldn’t read or understand. Would be good to have an English translation if possible.

The reception is opened only at 14:00~21:00. If you get some problems at the time they are not in reception, you cannot be helped. Toilet and shower rooms are public. And Don't forget about keeping your key card everywhere.

The hotel is near Augsburg rathaus. So if you stay here, you can visit popular places in Augsburg. And reception was very kind. They keep the room clean. Ah you can get the bus to Augsburg haupbahnhof at front of hotel.

The bathroom we were allocated had a toilet that was leaking, which means it and the bathroom had a wet floor.

The share bathrooms and toilets were clean but not well equipped. Hand soap wasn't available and toilet paper wasn't enough.

Bathrooms (we had only two toilets for all the rooms for one corridor, one of them was out of order and the other one very dirty. all the soap and tissues holders were empty and hair, dirt and water was all over the place), stranger's hair in my bed, everything was dirty, very squeaky beds

It said that check in was from 2pm, we arrived shortly before 5pm and the room wasn't ready, had to wait around 15 mins, the room smelled badly of body odour, the shower and toilet next to us were broken, the closest showers were a walk down the hall but good quality and could be locked. The doors in the halls slam loudly, should put some stoppers in to prevent this.
