There was not a kettle or drink making facilities in our room also there was not a glass/cup for drinking water. There was nothing telling us we could not drink water in the tap in the bathroom, we did and was fine. There is a lot of noise from the street, but it is in a busy touristy area.

The breakfast room was spacious, they provided a good continental breakfast with orange juice, tea or coffee. I liked that breakfast went up until 10am, no need to rush to get to it before it is packed away.

Excellent location, in the centre of Heidelberg, almost next to the well-known pedestrian bridge. Room is ok, breakfast is fine but nothing fancy: It is a small breakfast room with tiny tables.

The straws rug is smelly abit and not clean even some of the sofas but the bathroom and bed are clean but yet the pillows must be changed!

It is in the Central and close to everything, very friendly staff and the place is so humble and clean and my room got cute balcony

Just very far from Main stations and it was a bit difficult to find the correct bus/tram to the Alte bridge. Only stairs to the second floor. Very difficult with 20kg cases and being over 60!

No parking close by. Poor communication as to where you have to book in and it is around the corner from the hotel ……at another hotel. You also have your breakfast there next morning.

Check-in was a little confusing, but was explained on the web site. As an American I do not like the standard German hotel beds and linens but that is a personal preference, not a specific critique of the hotel. That is the reason I rated the beds poorly.

Breakfast was good. Overall the hotel was fine. While not a 4 star hotel, it was a very good value for the cost. I would not hesitate to it recommend it for a value conscious traveler.

The internet didn't really work in the room, the signal was too weak if any, and we would've loved to use that.

Location, attitude and kindness of the staff was amazing, we couldn't have been luckier. They offered two single beds which was great for us.

The radiator in our bathroom didn’t work (minor) as we had control over the heat in the main bedroom. I didn’t like having the bowls of breakfast cereal poured out in advance for you to select, perhaps it’s done this way because of shortage of space, but it meant I was always wasting amounts I couldn’t eat.

We were both full at the end of breakfast, I don’t drink milk and they were happy to accommodate me with soya milk for my coffee. All the rooms are historic, old, and truly beautiful, this includes breakfast room and bedroom. The city is also very beautiful. The hotel is part of the old town, so everything you want to see is on your door step.

The location of the hotel was outstanding, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was just right. The view of the Neckar from the breakfast room was a lovely start to the day.
