Not much really, it was an amazing experience, the hotel is a little bit on the more expensive side but that is to be expected for the quality you are getting.

The room was amazing, it was supper clean and even had complementary drinks. The breakfast was affordable and gave you a lot of choice. Hildesheim has a lot of history and is rather calm and doesn't have a lot of tourists. Connections where great as well easily accessible by train

if i must say something ; i would rather use stairs instead of the elevator. there wasn’t any access for the room i stayed , but not a big deal.

hotel is just in the center of the city and has its own parking lot. the room had a view to the center , which had a x-mas market at the time! room and the bathroom is very spacy. everything works properly as well as the heating (it was freezing outside during my stay). beds are super comfy!

Everything from the room to the bar was 5 STARS. Especially the bar. You will meet very friendly people here and a good time is sure to be had. The bartenders speak fluent English and are experts at making a great tropical drink. The Breakfast was American style and had many selections from eggs to pancakes. Great service across the board.

I couldn't see on the website that you had a pool so didn't bring my swimming costume. Disappointing. The room faced the car park.

Lovely room. Comfortable. Good design and furnishings. Good cleaning. Loved the breakfast especially the nut bread. The location was beautiful and convenient for where we wished to go. Staff very friendly and helpful both in the hotel and in the restaurant. One of the main people on the desk, I can't remember his name, sat down and helped me decipher documents. He couldn't have been more helpful. I was most grateful.

Just two small things, the sauna was apparently closed and some error in the parking other than that it was perfect.

I loved the location, it is perfect. The hotel is nice, the rooms are big and perfect.you dont need to use the car at all everything is a walking distance

Breakfast staff were rude and unhelpful, made us not want go to breakfast even though we paid for it! Only the younger staff in the restaurant were polite really.

Location foremost and the decor was great. Immaculately kept. Breakfast and food in general was very good. Evening Bar 👍🏼 Majority of the staff.

The hotel is right in the town hall square. The hotel itself is really clean, the staff speaks fluent English. The breakfast was really good with a variety of foods to choose from. There is a underground parking space with plenty of free space.

Located in the city centre. Has underground parking for a reasonable price (lower than average for Germany). Helpful staff. A bar with a great beer selection. Mini-shop at the reception with all that you may need. A lot of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Spacious room. Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever been.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, but there are many Bakeries in walk distance and we had a lovely breakfast at one of the bakeri in the town of Hildesheim.

Super location for exploring Hildesheim. Quite and nice room and nice bathroom. Parking underneath the hotel with elevator from the reception. We had just one night on our way through Germany but we wish we had more nights here, because Hildesheim and the hotel was a really nice place. The check in/check out was quick. The hotel personell was nice and speak english.
