better kept and better cleaned and maybe with occasionally some staff members would be present itself better. one might be concerned for one's safety due to the lack of staff completely and rooms apparently easily openable. the structure

The location was exactly where I was expecting and needed but the whole structure looked old and not well kept, very loud among rooms. Cannot say it was extremely clean.

my room smelled of cigarettes, it was a super strong and annoying smell. There was no staff at all, you have to check in with a machine and no one told me about this. Someone who was walking by helped me and told me I had to use the machine, otherwise I would’ve just stayed outside the building.

Machine check-in which tried to charge me had I had to call someone. Facilities are old, including a shower that is not secure so you must hold it with your hand.

Very old hotel pushed to the limit considering installation, furniture and equipment. First filling after I entered was spooky. Strange smell is present in the hallway. Room is small with really basic arrangement. From other side it is very clean and everything is operational and functional. Bed is comfortable and room quiet. Other guests can be heard in the room but it isn't worst then in other hotels. Area is very quiet and pleasant. Parking is available in surroundings and for motorcycle just in front of the hotel. It's unique experience.

In night it was wery loud. Check in is very bad. Their keya box was stuck with keys for all who was chekin in this time. Breakfests is 19€ for person for one day, but they has writen that is 16€ per day. Breakvests they giving in next street hotel.

Entrance lightning, all electric cables at entrance : not a save place to stay, at the room no bed lights, dirty curtains at room and bath/shower curtain, no breakfast, no parking place (you have to find a car park place in the surrounding). The lack of human contact. We never saw a single person there. The check-in was done at a kiosk and it would have been nice to have someone in case we need something.

There was not one time that could see the receptionist to tell them my concerns in the whole 3 days I was there, then the bed needs replacing it is very old and uncomfortable, also the pillow is them very cheap and uncomfortable ones. The other problem is that the bedrooms have laminate floor and you can hear everything from the other rooms and last but not least, I was not happy that my room had a connecting door to the other bedroom and it was only blocked by a wardrobe(it didn't make me feel safe).

Very good location, close to city centre, but on the other hand very calm surroundings. Room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. If I will next time look for room in Frankfurt I will come back here.
