This is my third year of choosing this hotel. Family run, friendly professionals, spacious and modernized room. A quirky cozy lounge where you can work or relax with a nice selection of beverages. The location is very good if you need public transport- high connectivity and easy access on foot to the old part of town.

Had a brief episode of panic when we couldn't find our toiletry bags after our first night of two - staff moved our things to clean.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and pleasant to stay in. Accessible parking lot. Location close to most everything you want to go to. Fantastic stay for reasonable and fair prices.

The hotel has only a couple parking spots and we had to park on a public parking outside. We didn't have to pay thanks to the staff of the hotel and a spot right next to the building was easy to find.

The hotel is located just in the city centre of Heilbronn, but on a quiet street. We were surprised by the freshly renovated interior of our room. It was very spacious and impeccably clean. Even though the hotel has no restaurant, we could use the common area on the top floor and purchase some snacks. The staff at the reception was lovely and very welcoming.

The WiFi is very poor, a WhatsApp call wouldn´t work with their signal. The blankets and pillows were way too thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were too flat, a good jacket would have been a better cushion. I was cold all night long because of the thin blankets, and since they don't have a reception after 22h that could help, I had to sleep like this. For the price this is unacceptable. The cleaning lady started to clean the other rooms at 6 am being totally loud, moving furniture, letting things fall, and so on. You could hear everything in the room. Also, she tried to come into my room to clean it at something like 8 am. The check-out is not at 8 am, what was she thinking when she tried to open my door??... Unluckily, these bad details made my stay over there unpleasant in what otherwise would have been a nice small hotel.

The location is very good, close to the central station, just a couple of stops away with the tram. The room was big and very clean. The shower and toilette were pretty good too. A small bottle of water and clean towels were provided. It had a small refrigerator which was very useful too, since I was carrying some food and drinks with me.

I have no complaints about this hotel!

Everything was fantastic. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It's not a new building but everything seemed like they'd been updated recently. Even though it had been hot during the days once we opened the windows the room was airy and comfortable for sleeping at night. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood but a short walk to shops and restaurants. The couple who run the hotel are the loveliest people, so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great.

The one thing that I didn't love was the WiFi. In the room (last floor) it was very unstable connection and I couldn't work properly.

The Location was very good, it was quiet. The furniture in the Room was new and it was very clean and cosy. The staff were exceptional friendly. There was a common room and there were drinks and an oven and I assume that the WiFi ist better in this room as it was in my own. The hotel ist near to the city center. I felt really excellent!
