Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PortugalBuilding in front of the hotel is under renovations and it was terrible to wake up at 6 AM in a couple of days with their works starting at that time. Terrible wake up call. Check-out time at 11 AM. No AC in the room?
Great location, good breakfast, good wifi signal.

ThailandThere is no good view from window since the hotel located among road and building, and there are few stairs steps to carry your luggage up before get into the hotel.
Location is the same direction to TIVOLI but a bit far from Central station, yet not too far and the path mostly flat, good for our big luggage to roll. Our room is good for 3 people with enough facilities, and clean as well. You will get varity of breakfast with the warm welcome atmosphere where you can enjoy with. The hotel has the luggage room and toilette at basement to serve us who arrive before check in time for no charge with kind staff.

Location was perfect and the hotel very comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, with easy access to the luggage room before and after our stay.

United KingdomStaff were not helpful (refused to help carry bags and were difficult when asked to help with things missing in the room). Also did not like the fact they charged 30 DKK per coffee pod used in the coffee machine in room.
Room very comfortable bed was lovely and great location. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice (eggs were a bit cold though).

United States of AmericaThe only negative comment I would have about the location is that the hotel is directly across from a music/outdoor pub. Live loud music played during the evenings but stopped around 10:00 pm.
Great location and easy access to the Metro and Central Train Station.

SloveniaThe only thing is that our room was on the ground floor basically half under ground and it looked out to the parking place. I think we could be informed about that since it does not say it when you book the room.
The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. The storage/lagguage room was great and came very handy. The location of the hotel is also good since it is very close to the train/metro station. Also the room is equiped with everything you need.

GermanyI think I accidentally got a couples’ room even though I booked a single's. I cannot imagine any other reason the bathroom should have two faucets, and the amount of space I got was suspicious. After a full ten seconds of deliberation, I decided that I could technically stem the costs and that I was quite a bit too self-indulgent to confess to staff and get downgraded, so all is well. …and it was quite funny comparing rooms with the to-be-married couple of friends I traveled to meet, since their couple’s was quite a lot smaller than my “single”. As we all know, objectively funny mistakes aren’t a drawback, so in the end, it made for a great story! Still, I wanted to note it down so you can be aware of this kind of mishap and your future clients don’t end up with an accidental single room.
The location was very luxurious. I met with international friends for their wedding and the hotel’s design fit this theme beautifully. It’s all very art nouveau, which I can all but recommend for indulgent little creatures such as myself. The lobby especially is quite artistic, and I will mention it features nudity. I have no issues with that. Still, looking up and catching an eyeful of Surprise Penis is certainly an experience.

GermanyHotel situated in walking distance from tourist attractions, supermarket and restaurants. Staff was friendly and room was spacious. Tip: If you want the room to be cleaned, you would need to hang the "please make room sign" outside the door before 9:00 AM. If the sign is hung after 9:00 AM, the room will not be cleaned on that day.
