like the hotel environment nearby the lake but the room not accomodate with lake view as last time when I was in Viborg golf in Sep 2023.

There was a plate with leftovers on a table in the hallway from the day we came till we left. Normally the personel takes/or should take a walk through the hotel facilities once within 24 hours at least 👍

The bathroom wasn't clean enough on our check-in. In the corner we found some hair, also, there was some dust in the room's facilities such as kettle.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location! The staffers were friendly. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was. Also, I absolutely loved the wellness area and the gym. Both spaces had long opening hours, they were fully equipped! Enjoyiny the jacuzzi outside was outstanding!

Room - outdated, and needs small repairs. Bed - wasnt that comfortable. Swimming pool - small, dirty, and super cold (jakuzi was awesome under the sky) Restaurant - I think is very pricy, but tasty dishes.

The staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast - very good. I would add a little bit more as a 4* hotel, but yet, a very good breakfast. Location - free big parking whoevere comes with car. 10 min away a supermarket if someone needs.

Wifi reception in the room was poor - we needed to go to reception to access this reliably. Limited seating in reception area - at times we wanted to use lounge seating but this was full.

Great location, next to the lake. Useful to have a swimming pool on site. Staff friendly and helpful.

Maintenance within the room needed work. Room 224 the bathroom door handle is loose and hanging. The room was smaller than I expected for the price.

Older hotel in need of attention. Our drains were very slow in the bathroom, mold growing in corners, shower head broken, no cleaning service unless you make a special request (which were weren’t made aware of upon check-in and discovered when we asked why our room hadn’t been made up and housekeeping had gone for the day)

The construction is old showing its age from every point. The breakfasts were the same all 5 days.

Housekeeping has to be requested to clean the room every day. Nonetheless nothing happened wrt cleaning. There is no elevator to the first floor which can be cumbersome for people with disabilities.

There was no means of getting any food after breakfast which I had not realised to begin with . This was fine once I knew - but was not clear. No air conditioning - and it was hot

Location was good by the lake and you could walk easily into the town. Rooms were comfortable with a fan, fridge and facilities to make a tea/coffee. Breakfast was good

Mattress on the bed was worn out. We ended up rolling towards the middle of the bed, really does need replacing.

Great location with equal outlook from the room and breakfast area. we took dinner at the restaurant across the road, this was very pleasant although tad expensive. All staff were very friendly. I would not hesitate to book again.
