Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomSome of the kitchen equipment didn’t work or was missing, eg the kettle didn’t work but on the whole it was good.
The location and the space. It was roomy and comfortable.

United States of AmericaNo complaints about the unit. I do wish the sign was a little bigger. I would also like to see if there is a 2 bed, 2 bath combo. The town is very quaint.
The property is amazing, and is where you find locals. There is a bus stop a short walk from the property. It is about 5 mins from the airport. We had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The kitchen is well equipped.

United States of AmericaThe rooms are a bit dated and basic, though clean enough. The price of the room reflected the location more than the quality of the place.
Great location, though sadly we couldn't explore the area that much as we were just there on an overnight between flights.

United States of AmericaPlease consider darker curtains in the apartments. It was hard to sleep. Please consider a post for the hand held shower head.
We made our own breakfast which was nice. Other meals and drinks we had at the hotel were lovely, creative and tasty. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful with one exception- maybe a bad day for him? It was nice to have laundry facilities - thanks.

Beautiful location steps from the harbor, surrounded by shops & cafes. Dragor has excellent bus service, so could easily be in the heart of Copenhagen in 30 minutes. 15 min from airport but this tranquil venue felt like a step into another world.

United States of AmericaI have no complaints.
I always fly to Copenhagen from the US and take the train from the Copenhagen airport to the train station in Göteborg. I taught at Chalmers many years before and enjoy meeting the professor (Ingvar Lindgren) I worked with and my closest student (Sten Salamonsson). Ingvar and Sten both came to Hotel Flora and Ingvar brought me a copy of his new book. Ingvar and I have written a book, "Atomic Many-Body Theory" which has become a Springer classic.

United States of AmericaI liked everything about the hotel. It's not five stars, but I did not want a five star hotel. This was exactly what I was looking for. The funniest thing that happened was some people checked into the room above me. I thought they had a dog and a kid, as I heard little feet running back and forth. When they checked out I looked out the window to see who it was. It was a single, young mother with 4 little kids. The kids were 5,6,7,8 years old. All blond and as cute as could be.
I wanted somewhere away from the big city as I like to be around the local people. Copenhagen is just a 20 minute bus ride on #35 to the airport then a 35 minute metro (train) ride to the city. Very slick and easy using the Danish DOT Billetter app to pay for the tickets. Only works on iPhone and iPad. No rental car needed. Dragør was great! Though pronouncing Dragør is not as it looks. It is more like Dray-oooh. The vowel ø is pure evil to pronounce! And the words i and på are super messy, meaning: in, on, into, at above, on etc. Good luck with i and på. Anyway, loved the location of the hotel. Lot's of local shops near bye. The streets were filled with billions of kids on halloween waking up and down the stone streets, collecting candy from all the shops that stayed open for the kids. It was great listing to all the kids having fun. Durning the day people are out and about walking around the streets and hotel. The hotel room was fully furnished and even had a small clothe washer. All instructions were in Danish on all appliances so I had to translate but I got it figured out. Check-in is weird as you have to go to the back of the hotel. The restaurant is on the front street side and check-in is on the back alley side. I was in the hotel for a week on a bottom floor. You can hear the people above you. Pretty much like being in an apartment.

United States of AmericaThere wasn’t anything I can say that I dislike about the property. I was very glad my lodging was on the first floor. Had I needed to climb stairs and had to carry my luggage, that would have been a problem for me. There were no elevators.
It was very clean. In walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was connected to a lovely restaurant and bar. The staff was polite and helpful. I was only there for one night, but if I were to stay longer, it would be a place I’d consider staying there again. Very close to Copenhagen Airport.

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well equipped (except for the absence of a microwave which didn't bother us but we thought these are basic items). We enjoyed the location, a beautiful and peaceful fishing harbour, yet very easy access to Copenhagen centre and airport.
