Quite noisy in the morning with hotel renovations (which I’m pretty certain I wasn’t told about?) Coffee at breakfast was very strong!!!!

The water flow in the shower was a bit low

Loved the hotel but our room was too hot- Even when we turned the heating down and the fan up (having asked at reception how to cool our room down). Unfortunately this then meant we slept badly despite the beds being the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever experienced.

Overall we liked our room and had a great view of the university.

While the windows had good quality blackout curtains, no daytime curtains were there to provide a sense of privacy from the neighbors in the building right across from the hotel.

A very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated room. The location is very central. All staff were friendly and professional. The gym was surprisingly well equipped and kept well.

Nothing much. A Nespresso machine in the room would have been appreciated. I would also recommend that the hotel stop holding incidentals as it gives a signal that the guests are not to be trusted. None of the other Copenhagen hotels that I have stayed in have resorted to this practice. Finally, I did not receive my invoice by email, as promised, and had to write a reminder to the hotel. Could be a system glitch or simply a human error I guess.

Superb location in a central and picturesque area of Copenhagen, close to the Norrebro metro and main attractions. A very modern and spacey place (not a boutique hotel) with a fascinating lobby/breakfast area. I had a large and quite room on a high floor, which met all my expectations. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices and good coffee.

The bedroom itself was good but struggled to cool it down with the aircon system. Bathroom was a good size, and was cleaned everyday in terms of new towels and wipe down. But could do with a 'deep clean' around taps and grout between tiles ect

Location great for a city break, breakfast wide selection no matter what time you came down. Bar area very well presented and staff great. For the room the room itself was a good size and well presented.

No in-house restaurant that serves dinner. Some rooms are very small even when at the same rate as they are located on 1st floor etc.

I wish it had been communicated that the sauna was only open at certain times that conflict with normal tourist time activities. I would have liked to sauna after a long day of walking around.

How they manage the queen size bed. It seems like I got twin bed because I got two blankets (as single ones). The AC took an hour to start working.

The location is good, only 7 mins from nørreport copenhagen. The breakfast is superb! The staff, lady at the night shift, was so very attentive.

Just a few off notes here. When you reserve a basic room you are given one with less light, looking into the hotel lobby. Then the staff tries to upsell you when you check in instead of upgrading you (even if you’re staying 7 nights like we were). We heard this happen consistently as people checked in. If you don’t purchase included breakfast, they won’t let you sit in the restaurant and buy a cappuccino at breakfast time, no matter how many tables are open—you can get the coffee but you’re exiled to the lobby. These things seem a bit petty when the hotel is asking you to understand that their restaurant is closed and other inconveniences due to construction.

The hotel is well designed and the room was spacious and always clean. We had Christmas dinner at the hotel (a special service) and it was fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
