The lodge was situated in nice parkland and it was lovely and quiet. It had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The facilities on the park were excellent and kept our young boys happy. Just a five minute bus ride from the airport, and Legoland just over the road.

Nearby restaurant options are all buffets due to being geared towards Legoland guests. Taxis are expensive so we walked to a restaurant in Billund centre which took around 30 mins.

Fantastic base for Legoland which I walking distance across the road. Everything is super clean and there are loads of activities including the water park which was really good.

I didn’t have a car and I had to literally buy everything for the house, soap etc and I also had to pay for the electricity and rent bedsheets. That is the home cottage concept.

I am not used with the home cottage concept and the house was very well equipped and bigger than the one I live. I really appreciated the early check in. Even though the house was around 1km from Lalandia there was a lovely train every 30 minutes to get there. There are a LOT of activities for the kids. It’s possible to us the pool before check in and after check out

Waterpark could have been a couple of degrees warmer

The waterpark was amazing, so was the softplay. Our cottage was very roomy and warm. It had everything we needed for our stay. The train service between lalandia and cottages is also a nice added touch, especially as we didn't travel there with a car.

There were a lot of activities and plenty of dining options. We really appreciated the baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs in the holiday home, very helpful with young children!

Arriving after 22:00 was a major pain for us and other guests from delayed flight. Contacting the staff was very difficult and 1,7km hike at 23:00 to our house with little kids and briefcases very tiresome. BEWARE future guests!

House for 2 families was very nice. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchenware. Pass to water park included in price was nice addition as well, our kids enjoyed it as much as Legoland :)

The swimming pool a bit dark and tired looking Buffet restaurant overpriced Linen packs cost extra and very basic - towels were tiny Proximity to Legoland and Airport couldn’t be better

Electricity/water pricing first mentioned at check-in, this wasn't clear from initial booking details. The pillows could be better.

The lodge was spacious, very comfortable and cosy. Would have been a nice touch if there was a welcome pack for guests arriving. The bedlinen cost extra and wasn't really adequate for a resort with a pool. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the staff were very helpful.

We booked three cottages but one was allocated very far away from the other two. We had to use our cars to go to the waterpark as the cottages where 20 minutes away and one of us use uses crutches. We had to pay for parking in the area of the waterpark as we stayed just little over an hour. Staying a few minutes over the allocated hour and park for a whole day pays the same.

The cottages are spacious and clean surrounded by lush greenery. The place is tranquil kept clean and everything is in order.

We thought to use the water park more often, thought we surprisingly found out that the water park was close on the early side. From 8 night we were there, we used the water park only twice.

I liked that the house was equipped perfectly.

Our cabin was a good 25 minute walk to Lalandia. There is a shuttle bus but unfortunately it didn't coincide well with our timings. A facility for luggage transport would be great. Bike hire would be good too.

Cabin was great. Comfortable. Aquadome was awesome! Close to Legoland and Lego House.
