I wish there was more nightly entertainment that appeals to the younger crowd. Most activities seems more for middle aged and old people. The internet is very slow and spotty in some areas There were no free water activities offered by the hotel by the beach; you had to pay for all those activities if you wish to participate in it. We got locked out of our master suite on night 2 and our door gave problems ever since. It was fixed and the chip was changed but there were times when we had to repeatedly hit the door to get the sensors working so we can get access to our room. While breakfast was always great, most days the menu seems repetitive. Limited options for room service menu (for food). We were aggressively haggled by vendors who tried to force items on us by the beach even when we repeatedly said no. We didn’t enjoy the beach so much for that reason because we hardly could peacefully enjoy the day so we rarely went to the beach in the days. Instead, we walked the beach at nights because that’s when it was most peaceful since all vendors are gone and we can soak up the moment.

We had two jacuzzis so if either of us wanted some alone time we could both use the jacuzzis at our own leisure. The shower is ask very spacious with two shower heads so a couple can bathe together without bothering the other.

The made us get a connecting room for a family a six which was expensive we could have certainly stayed in a one bedroom suite with double bed . The two rooms was a lot .

The sofa cama was to hard. We booked and paid for two beds rooms, but we received a room with 1 bed plus one too hard sofa. the buffet at didn't have air conditioning an there were too many birds jumping over the tables and the buffet had a very long quewe for the meat

The pools were amazing, with transparent water. The transportation between the installations was good; they were very quick . our room was really big and spacious the buffet food was very nice and tasty.

Room was way too cold. Requested blankets which we never got. Ask staff to assist with the air conditioner but got no help. We left the slider open to warm the room. Very very uncomfortable because I did not pack warm clothing. Had to buy a long sleeve shirt. Service could be a bit more accommodating.

Breakfast was adequate…restaurants adequate as well. The maid was very very good. The staff that stocked the minibar was wonderful!!!

The room we stayed in was damp and had a musty smell, the cleaner left us air freshener as they could also smell how bad it was. My clothes started to get damp and smell. I’ve left with a very chesty cough. This is something they should address for the next guests. each resort had different events on in the evenings but we had no way of knowing what was on - an itinerary would have been useful. We got engaged on the beach while there and paid extra for a romantic dinner but the hotel did not make any acknowledgement of our engagement.

The grounds are beautiful, we had access to other resorts which was great! We went golfing one day and the course was great The service provided by the staff was amazing! Leo had us very well looked after everyday. The food was ok and the we had some good options. Beach access was easy - just a 5min ride in the buggy and the beach is beautiful. Food was also available at the beach.

When we left the resort, both my spouse and I were covered in itchy rashes and bites we believe to be from sand fleas and uncleanliness. Our bed in the suite seemed to give us an allergic reaction, and the day beds outside didn't seem to be very clean. Also, Karnica was horrible. The steaks were cooked until they were rock hard even when we ordered them medium rare because they wouldn't let us order rare. We hated that some hecklers were working on the resort that wouldn't leave us alone trying to sell trips off the resort. We tried one that was not fun, so we wouldn't do that again.

The staff was exceptional in their service and constant greeting. They seemed to enjoy their job and made the experience wonderful. Many of the restaurants were very good, and we loved taking advantage of the included room service. The pools were amazing, and it was great to be able to stay on the resort and not get bored. We want to especially thank Gustavo with The Reserve management, Esaie Weche with the H2O bar, and Leonardo with the Hydrogrill. They were incredible and truly made our stay.

No entertainment, always something missing in the room, either coffee capsules or water or towels, ussually dusty, water in the swimming pools had either too much clorine or muddy, very few know English

At the time of booking we didn’t know there this property is one of a few under the same umbrella yet had different privileges. Educate yourself before booking as there are some restrictions on the beach that you might not like.

the grounds are large and beautiful. Meticulously taken care of, felt so good walking and admiring palm trees and so many flowers. there are many swimming pools and the beach is very beautiful
