Location, even though Galapagos is very safe overall, the neighborhood is not nice.

The staff was very kind and the value for money is very good. Decent breakfast and comfy beds.

Staff is so friendly. It was my girlfriends birthday and the staff arranged balloons, wine and made a reservation at a great restaurant. Further more, they helped us out with other tips and trips.

The place is about 10 mins walk away from the dock. Without data in the island, it might needs some preparation to get there. But not a big problem once you know your bearing! Also, be aware it’s cash only!

The staff is very helpful and kind. Especially Sara, we appreciate her bilingual skills since we don’t speak Spanish.

A bit of a walk from the town and noisy neighbours with music on full blast from the sun rise (though this is probably the case for most of San Cristobal). The room itself was very dark and not very cosy (though perfectly functional).

Exceptional staff who helped with any everything we asked. Large room, very nice newly refurbished bathroom. AC worked well. There's space on the terrace to dry wetsuits etc.

Our room was close to another building (Local building maybe?) and there parties one night. Music (loud) and talk up 2am. Sound isolation to that building is really poor because you can even hear someone snoring there even it is totally different building.

Bright light outside at night made it light in the room. So would benefit from blackout blind. A bit noisy outside at night.

Sarah the host was really friendly and helpful. She booked us a tour, we could hire wetsuits and snorkels. Breakfast was included and was really good. Nice comfy clean decor. Big bedroom. TV. WiFi. Nice communal areas.

Nothing, everything was fantastic!

Lovely small hotel out of main tourist zone but still walkable to everything. Sarah was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely - lots of food and a nice view on the rooftop.

Located a few minutes walk from the Main Street this ended up being a good location. Sarah was fabulous. With our lack of Spanish speaking skills she was able to provide us with the best recommendations of places to go which also included restaurants. Sarah set up a taxi for us to explore the island, we were able to rent our snorkel gear and everything went so smoothly. We hit the jackpot!

Our room was large, but had only one tiny window up high.

What we liked best was the assistance provided by Sarah. She was extremely helpful, both in telling us about the hotel and in recommending local restaurants and places to visit. The hotel is a modern building and well maintained. Also, the breakfast was good.

Bit of a walk from the sea front (up a small hill). Lots of building work around. Little bit concerning with the electric shower as it sparked a few times.

There is an overall internet speed issue in the island. When we left the owners were changing suppliers, and the last day we stayed the internet speed increased.

The attention of the owners and the staff was superb. The breakfast was excellent. The view from the breakfast area was our favorite. The location is not central, but that was a plus for us because it was very quiet at night to help us sleep.

It was a bit musty and the room wasn’t swept every day.

The people were very accommodating whenever we had an issue. One evening when I wasn’t feeling well the staff made both my partner & I eggs and toast. It was like being at home and your mom taking care of you!
