The room had all the basic necessities I required for my trip - fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery etc. The check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. The room had large windows and in a quiet area so you can leave the windows open at night. I liked the fact that you have to use your key card to enter the building once the reception closes and then again to gain access to each floor of rooms. Very secure building with elevator and stairs.

- It is not possible to completely darken the room with the existing curtains, which bothered me, especially considering that in summer the day lasts a long. - the bathroom was spacious in my room, shower as well but the sink and the space around was so small that I struggled to wash myself or brush my teeth (and I'm a very petite and skinny person)

Just might be the cleanest hotel room I've ever seen. Absolutely spotless! The beds were very comfortable. The hotel itself is nothing fancy, but it's clean and comfy and we were perfectly happy with it!

Very clean, and the personnel was very kind and helpful. Also, it is very well located, near the old town, with stores and restaurants nearby. 20 min walk away from the port.

They don’t have 24/7 reception. On Saturday night at 3AM I was woken up by drunk people outside yelling in the parking lot, so an available reception could have controlled this situation not waking up the guests in the middle of the night.

The room had a small kitchenette with a small stove, fridge, kettle, kitchen wares, etc. the size of the room is also quite comfortable. The place is very clean and looked new as well. The hotel is located in the center of Tallin, so mainly all attractions are in walking distance. The port is reachable within 10 minutes.

Hotels location near harbour is good, but the surroundings are quite spike. Theres only a parking lot and other buildings. I didnt even dream of opening the curtains of our room because there was another buildings with windows facing ours just a few meters away. No breakfast available, but little kitchen In the room with microwave and fridge saved the situation.

Receptionist was extremely friendly, good customer service. Room was spacious, little kitchen was really good add to the room. Location near harbour Is supergood. Possibility to buy little snacks and lemodade from the vending machine also there was coffee machine at least in our floor (probably every floor). Definitely coming back again, it was so much better than we expected. .

Bathroom did not have good ventilation, or maybe any, so it stayed humid for a very long time. You also cannot control room temperature, but it was quite comfortable and you could open windows if the heating was too strong.

New and clean, and having a small kitchen (fridge, sink, hob, microwave, and the utensils) was super helpful. There is a small dining table too and a TV with channels from all around the world. There is a reception desk too. Check-in and check-out were very quick.
