There is a small kitchenette in the hallway, but it could have a small stove and a sink. Now you have to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink.

Good location. Clean and spacious rooms with a large bed and a sofa for lounging.

Comfortable small inn in the scenic town center with only three rooms. Decorated with good taste and respecting the original building and historic location. Much more quiet in the night than we expected. The breakfast was self service and simple but of good quality, which was convenient for us.

Not the fault of the hotel but a dreadful amount of street noise with music coming from the garden of a bar across the street until the early hours of the morning. I should have been warned by the fact that the hotel supplied ear plugs!

Good bread served upstairs for the three rooms. Room comfortable with chairs and table to eat breakfast.

Fresh and state-of-the-art accommodation with a warm touch! A plus was access to a fridge, tea maker and espresso machine where espresso, coffee and tea are included. Superb location in town and nice roof terrace. Good treatment and service. Neat accommodation

Exceeded expectations! Superclean eith nice touches like room scent candles and nice design drinking glasses, plants etc - little details that showed the place cares for their guests. Plus little lounge area on second floor with a tea-coffee station and tableware to use. Love the fact that a bar and restaurant is right downstairs. Usually B&B places dont have that ;) At moment my favorite place to stay in Haapsalu!

Locations is very good! Breakfast is perfect and balkony is best! View in the castle is perfect and coffe and tea every time is available!

There was an event at the bar which lasted quite long into the night. The furniture was slightly outdated and style-wise hectic. But it was all clean and very proper!

Very convenient to have breakfast in the room. Option to order drinks and food into the room when the bar is open. Very clean place and in a very central location.

The rooms are located on top of a bar. They are separated and stuff leaves earplugs in the room, but maybe someone wouldn’t like it. The bar was closed while we were staying there, so no idea how loud it can get.

Everything is really really close from the property! They have coffee and it was warm 😁

Breakfast and check out was a bit poor. As it was a bistro and bar in the same building this came as a surprise.

It was the heart and soul of Hapsalu in a Saturday winter night. Very central next to the bisphop's castle and very lively all day- long. Surrounded by many top cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, the staying was comfortable and very practical that. Bonus points for the location (bistrot and bar itself) and the cleanliness of the pansion.

check in was like, what? the pub beneath was closed the entire stay, and when we arrived nobody was there. one of the reasons we chose this place was because of the pub downstairs, and a simple note letting us know it was closed furring our stay would have been nice. we were told the only options for food and/or grabbing a drink were nearby but “everything was closed” so we settled on something and that was all fine… however with a little search we found an amazing Estonian restaurant that was open and just a 10 minute walk away, and we would have happily eaten there the night we arrived had we known… basically the staff really let us down. totally disinterested in us, in our stay, in our experience all around. literally walked past two other staff members without so much as a smile. we weren’t even offered the option of a simple beer, and then we could hear the staff shouting and getting up to something all night. just weird. as someone who literally runs a hostel and bar, I found this perplexing. sorry to say so but looking after your guests is step one in hospitality

this was an odd one… we actually loved the place! The location was great, the wee common area was lovely, and the rooms were really comfortable. it has so much potential to be a 10, but we all agreed we get a little let down. it was off season, so the town was literally a ghost town after about 7, which is fine, we just wished we had known that so we could be prepared.
