Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was quite poor and tasteless… ok for a quick breakfast but don’t expect much

The breakfast could have more hot options and breakfast service could end later (it ended at 10am, and we thought it ended at 11am as we weren't aware Easter Monday wasn't a public holiday which would then mean it ended at 11am). It would be nice if the bathroom included soap and shampoo/conditioner. Only one pillow was provided per bed. One of the receptionists was very unhelpful and rather unfriendly and gave us misleading information about whether st Olaf’s church was open after she reluctantly googled it (not sure if she even did, she seemed very unwilling to even help us). The location was maybe a bit far from the old town (a 20 min walk) but not too bad.
The location was convenient for those arriving by ferry as it was right next to the ferry terminal. It was also very close to the airport (about a 15 min taxi ride). The hotel itself was very new, modern and classy. The blue decor made it very soothing to the eye. The room itself was also very clean and the bathroom was nice and spacious with towels included. The included breakfast buffet was quite good and had nice fresh hot food and pastries. Some of the reception staff were very friendly and gave us good food recommendations. Check out time was 12pm which was later than most places.

This was second time I spent night here so knew this already, soundproofing of the rooms is not so great but the hotel is pretty quit while it's mainly for just staying a night before continuing ie. to/from the ferry. So was not really a problem.
Location is good near the harbour (and superalko ;D), easy to also access main roads by car. Rooms are clean, breakfast is sufficient. Ok place for staying a night with good price, all the basic needs are covered. Free parking is a bonus. Lot's of restaurants and city centre within walking distance.

The pillow was kind of "thin". I'm pretty sure a second pillow could have been provided if I asked, but I did not, because I've stayed there for just one night. I don't complain about that. It's cool.
Breakfast was good. Decent choice of meals, good coffee. Hotel is just in from of the Terminal D of the Tallinn seaport. Many shops of different beverages nearby at fair prices. The old town can be reached quite easily by foot. It will be even faster once the renovation of the streets is over.

Perfect value for the money. Location is close to city center, around 30 minutes walk. Also location is perfect if you are planning to continue your traveling by boat as terminal is just across the street.

I didn't like the fact that the receptionist said in the evening that we would be able to grab something before leaving because we were traveling early in the morning, but when we got up in the morning we were not allowed to go to the breakfast table when it was almost loaded, we received very disgusting sandwiches, a bad experience

It would have been nice to have water boiler for tea in the rooms. Also the lady in the reception was far from friendly.

The price point for off-peak travel is probably a bit high.
