I did a manucure at the beauty salon and it was dirty and unprofessional. Same price as in Europe and I regret it! Staff at the reception could be friendlier…

The proximity with the diving club is great. Food is good although it’s a pity there is not much Egyptian food.

Nothing really. A little bit expensive but on balance worth it

Quiet, and peaceful without loud music etc around the pool . The vi e is sporty but restful with chill out spaces, sauna, yoga etc. Primarily adults when I was there. Beautiful rooms outfitted in natural materials like wood and linen. The food was good, staff were lovely and the view was amazing. The house reef was great for snorkeling and the dive center is located at the hotel. Unfortunately despite booking the holiday for diving I had a bad cold and could not dive so I can’t comment on the dive center. Yoga on the jetty in the evening was wonderful and the Arial yoga was fun too . The beaches were quiet in February and I went horse riding from the local stables at sunset too. Snorkeling trips can be arranged nearby and there are little golf cart taxis to take you to other places in the area like the harbour. I loved it and would definitely go back.

Very high prices for the mini bar, food and drinks. Upgraded to the Lifestyle room which includes is fruit basked - essentially just couple of apples. Food quality was ok. Dinner started very late.

Nice pool, great food selection, excellent house reef, great shuttle service to the kite house. Renovated rooms are very nice. Had to update to the Lifestyle room to get direct sea view.

Perfect location, right next to Orca dive base, beautiful coral reef and very convenient both for snorkeling and diving. Friendly staff all over the property, well maintained (recently renovated)

Very conveniently located for diving. Excellent staff. The food was good but would have liked more choice for lunch. The use of the metal refillable water bottles was fantastic. Would definitely go back!

This hotel is underrated! I had to book in it as other hotels were fully booked but I was surprised that it was a very interesting hotel that I would love to book in again! The staff were so friendly and all smiling. Food was great too.

The room was quite expensive and it didn't have a kettle or tea and/ or coffee available.

Our stay was extremely comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was great, with lots of different vegetarian options and fruits. There was an outdoors dinner on Wednesday night which was lovely.

everything is so expensive ! and you must pay everything and the cost was same in Paris or London (Yoga lesson, drinks) Per night per person is equivalent to a palace without the same quality.

staff, tranquillity, location and food was really nice. the access for divers is amazing. The Yoga teacher is amazing. The sustainability project about the hotel is a nice start (water bottle, ecological renovation …)

The reef was excellent ... clean and well looked after. No plastic cups on the beach - provided refillable eco water bottles- nice touch. The food was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Great facilities. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere.

No room service and no kettle in the room, what is the point of having a sea-view room but can't have a warm cup of tea in hand? They will close for renovation in a few months, they need to add a kettle in the room! The area is far from anything, you need to go prepared.

Nice 3-4 stars hotel with perfect diving center onsite. Tidy. Free Wi-Fi. The food was expectational even with a slightly limited breakfast.

The communication of the front office before our arrival could have been better (not very friendly and short, they didn't even read the hole message it seemed) Airport pickup expensive The rooms quite old and small but they will be renovated from Januar- March 2024 More 2-people-table for eating would be good (big tables good if you want to meet new people but sometimes we would have just wanted to be alone) Topper for matrace would be nice to get rid of the gap in between the beds

Water used for drinking is not a mineral water, which is unhealthy and can cause a food safety health risk to the all team (i am a food Quality professional.) Food variety and Quality in dinner is not good.

The hotel is fantastic…we haven’t been disappointed. Breakfast and evening dinner was included and there was plenty of food choices and all delicious. We had themed nights too, which was good, we particularly enjoyed the Arab/Egyptian night (the costume was a really nice touch). The hotel is super clean and tidy. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The house reef is beautiful to snorkel or as an introduction to diving. The on-site dive centre is a fantastic addition. There’s: yoga (Bruna is brilliant), pool, games, beauty/massage….plenty to do and chill if you prefer. This hotel definitely deserves its superb rating and I would stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday very memorable.

The chefs in general are not generous should be a courtesy to offer more and guest say thanks it's enough, the Ac was noisy then fixed.

The bakery and pastry is of an excellent quality, front office and good and friendly.
