I didn't like the furniture and the floor in the room as it is very old. Another minus is they paint the furniture in a light green but doesn't look good. It looked better before. Another minus is their entertainment, mostly spoken in Russian (now majority are Russian speakers) but it's missing the spark, something different and more vibrant would make a big difference.

I loved the view, it's breathtaking 😍. Food delicious dessert and fruits always fresh and delicious 😋. Staff top notch 👌, very attentive, very helpful and very safe.

The hospitality of all the staff especially Jordian Joseph office manager and chef Mostafa Ragab. The food was delicious, the room of sea view was marvelous.

Hot food on occasion was cold.

The staff are the hotels' best asset. All where fantastic treated us as individuals and couldn't do enough. Akram in Latinos bar deserves a raise. JJ on reception and Emad our room attendant also deserve a mention. Also worth noting that this is the 1st AI hotel I've been to where the cocktails are made with fresh fruit juice and not a pre made syrup.

It's mainly a Russian hotel, which is on us we should have researched before going.

Staff were amazing - highlighting were the men on reception they couldn't do more to accommodate us. Hotel is big with lots of pools and facilities. The cleaners doing our room were also great - we loved our towel animals!!

I had an exceptional service by Mahmoud Gamal (Room attendant). He was very charming and professional while cleaning my room. He was polite and didn’t ask for tips. He makes up my day whenever I wake up with his amazing attitude. Thumps up.

The bathroom was a bit dated and could do with some renovation but it is not a major issue. One of the cable cars was not working but we could use the other one.

This resort exceeded our expectations and we are already thinking of coming back. It has beautiful sea and plenty of seats on the beach, as well as on the cliff. There are also several pools, including a heated one. The staff are SUPERB, they make you feel valued throughout your stay and always appreciated. Special thanks to our cleaner Amr who was always there for us whenever we needed something, making sure we were always happy, and also made some beautiful bed decorations with towels; Reception Supervisor Islam who was always ready to help as well as Abdelrahman Saad who was extremely welcoming when we arrived and always greeted us with a smile. Thanks to Mohamed and Ahmed from the reception too. We only had breakfast included but next time we will do all inclusive. Breakfast is fantastic, so much choice and very delicious, in particular the fresh pancakes and omelettes. Thank you everyone for your customer service, for going above and beyond. Safir is the resort you need to choose for your next relaxing holiday.

Such a lovely hotel, the location is great so many shops and restaurants walking distances. The Staff are so friendly and helpful specially the front disc manager Mr Jordian made my stay so special. I highly recommend this place

Special thanks to Mr. Jordian Joseph( assistant front office manager), which met all our requirements as well as our late check out. Extremely kind and dedicated! All the hotel staff are very good and take care of the hotel guests. The food is very tasty and there is a great variety! The reef is very beautiful - there are different fish and beautiful corals. Thanks to Imad who took care of our room and it was perfect!
