Bathroom fittings loose. Mould in tiles, I ordered a car from Hotel to another Airport Motel on my last day, driver demanded a tip more that what I gave him, 10US ? I said no, he drove off nearly knocking me over at Airport Motel entrance. He smoked in the car throughout the hole trip. ( im a non smoker ). Never again Hilton.

Room had a great view but bit of a mould smell at times. I expected more from a Hilton.

When I left the front desk employee treated me in a bad way which is I didn't like I was in hurry because I wanted to catch my flight and there was a long line. I just wanted to check out I already paid for my room so I left the room key on the desk he yelled at me and was very rude. Also when I wanted to extend another day the other employee wasn't so helpful she told me there was a discount but she didn't give it to me so please for next time teach your employees good manners and how to treat customers to make them stay not leave! Thank you.

Some staff were friendly. The house keeping was great. I just have some comments I hope u consider them in my other point.

One coffee machine was broken for the two nights we stayed, meaning a long queue for the coffee. Also the staff at breakfast were not as polite as others - one barged in in front of me at the toast machine. Also the hotel is feeling a little dated.

Location was very good and the checking in and concierge staff were very helpful. We asked for some more water which was brought up very quickly.

Nice hotel, a bit expensive for what it offers but it's decent

The hotel is nice, but I think it's not a real 5-star hotel. I paid about 450$ for 3 nights and thought that for Egypt that's expensive and it should be top, but it's alright... No major complaints... The swimming pool is very small. I also didn't like that every time I came to the hotel I needed to be checked. The taxi is inspected by a special dog :) But, I understand this is for the guests' security. There are no zebra crossing in Egypt at all and of course, if you want for a walk you'll get a challenge :) I asked one of the hotel managers if they offered a tourist package to the Giza pyramids and they helped me. The tour was 80 EUR. I had a personal driver and personal guide. The guide was a nice person, but you need to be careful because he'll take you to the Papirus museum and Oil shop (they're in the same building) and after 5 minutes of presentation they'll try to sell you expensive stuff... Well, I bought something symbolic but beware, they know how to convince you and how to get a lot of money from you.

Generally speaking, the hotel is nice. It has clean rooms, the staff is very polite, the breakfast is good. My room was at the 26th floor and I had a nice view. I also liked the rooftop. Every evening I used to go and grab a beer and enjoy the view :)

'Nile view' was a side view. There's no bidet or water hose for the toilet. Issue with overall cleanliness.

The location. I also like the dated feeling of the furniture and building.

    Bit shabby for a 4*

Although the lobby and public areas were nicely decorated, the floors with the bedrooms and bedrooms themselves were very dated and in need of a refurb. The curtains were dusty as was the space around the bed. The bathroom sealant was yellowing and a dirty in places. The hall ways were in dire need of an upgrade or at least a clean of the carpets. There was no attempt made to "pretty up" the construction taking place on all floors beside the lift shaft. Just some tatty plasterboard put up. The prices for everything were really high, breakfast at $25 per head! It felt exploitative. Glad we were on the 16th Floor because the traffic noise was horrendous, but a price to pay for being in a fairly central location.

It was nice to be given an upgrade, and consequently the room was a good size. Comfortable beds and good linen. Nice to have TV with English channels. Very good toiletries in the bathroom. Was really grateful for the bottled water available everyday. Good central location.

It’s actually appears as four star hotel, I guess because it’s getting old. The room needs deep cleaning, bathroom amenities were basic.

Staff were great and very helpful, especially at the reception and at the restaurant. Overall it’s not bad but could be better

Unfortunately El Cairo is a very noisy metropoli. Even At the 20th floor you can hear the sound of cars. Finally, the position is great, very central, but you need to get always the taxi due to the traffic around.

The room was very large, the staff was very friendly and nice! The breakfast is fantastic and there many restaurants within the hotel that offers you the possibility to try different cuisine every evening.
