The staff was really nice. The Oriental restaurant was amazing - best food at the resort. The room was good. There is a mini fridge and good A/C. The hammock on the balcony was really comfy. It was really convenient to have a water sports center on site. The water was very shallow and beautiful. Everyone at the pizza restaurant was so nice. Hossam at the front desk was very helpful. Chef Mohammed and Mr. Mustafa are very friendly and made the best food ever.

UkraineSometimes dirty cups on the tea station near terrace bar. But mood war increased by very good and friendly barman. It's time to change the old and not very clean sunbeds near the pool. A lot of russians.
What did I like most? First of all, nice territory. A lot of flowers, mint, basilisk fragrance, beautiful trees and bird’s singing. Clean water in the swimming pools. Friendly attitude of stuff. I had clean, comfortable, big room (Deluxe) with the big balcony and bath in the bathroom. Also I want to notice the excellent work of reception. All requests were responded quickly and attentively. And many thanks to mister Wael and mister Ibrahim - taxi drivers of the hotel. They are very helpful and professional

IsraelI didn't like that the internet was only in the dining room area and not in the whole house from the hotel, the beer was terrible, they don't know how to make it, the beer was mixed with tap water, even though everything was included, I couldn't be at the beach where you only have to sit with a gold bracelet and all, and people near the beach are really harassing people To buy things and there was no activity in the pool while I was there food was low standard

Thanks to the hotel staff for their professional, friendly and helpful attitude, they did all their best to make sure our stay is relaxed, joyful and comfortable. Thanks to the reception team (Mr. Hossam) and to the Royal Club restaurant team (Mr. Maher, Chefs and all the staff) for their hospitality. Special thanks to the animation team who did everything to draw a smile on my 3 years daughter' face 😊

IsraelMass food and not particularly tasty, The compound is large, so there is quite a bit to walk. No reef with coral.
Very nice water park. (Huge pool, 6 equal slides) Runs several hours a day. Definitely reasonable food. The beach is very close but there is no reef with coral. The place is very beautiful and well-kept with lots of vegetation, trees and a 'stream' that runs along the entire complex!

I liked everything but the most is how amazing the hotel facilities and the people working there. They are all cooperative and kind. The animation group was so entertaining and the water sports are wonderful. Aqua park is very nice. My kids enjoyed their time in the aqua park and didn't want to leave. I highly recommend Alex Group for any Saloon services. My daughters had a great experience making hair styles with them. I also recommend the whole hotel for families since it is very big and there is high privacy. Thank you regency we really spent the best 7 days this year with you and definitely we're coming back again.
